We’ve designed Sitecore Symposium 2022 to give you the tools you need to connect your strategy to your technology and people. We know the brands that will thrive in a post-pandemic world are the ones who can connect intelligently and meet their customers with authentic experiences at every touchpoint along their journey.

Let’s start with Product. You know that the future of digital experience is composable, so let’s explore what Sitecore is doing, as well as some of the big things you can you expect to hear about in Chicago from Oct. 17-20:

Experience Manager Cloud (XM Cloud)

We announced it in July and we’re constantly adding new features. Learn about embedded personalization and our front-end builder that’s all cloud native. We’ll have sessions from GE Healthcare and Cytiva talking about their experience with XM Cloud as part of Sitecore’s Early Access Program.

Experience Platform (XP) 10.3

Come listen to our product strategy for the future of Sitecore XP. We’re recommitting to continued investment and innovation – and how it’s entwined with the future of Sitecore Managed Cloud. This powerhouse combination could be the right choice for you as you set out on your path to the cloud.

Sitecore Search

We know that your search bar is one of the most used features as part of your digital experiences, and we’re so excited to share what we’ve been working on around content search, including features for merchandising and fine-tuning the search experience. This is a new product for Sitecore and those in attendance in Chicago will get to see it and play around with it first. Sitecore itself is a lighthouse customer and we’ll be presenting our own experiences and metrics.

Additionally, we’ll be investigating some product and innovation themes that are relevant to every brand in every corner of the world including:

Personalization, optimization, and composability

Of course, we’ll have deep dives into Sitecore Personalize led by our product team, along with numerous sessions around running our standalone personalization engine with Sitecore XP. This is often the first step toward composability for a lot of users because it offers a much more efficient workflow for creating, testing, and optimizing your content. But if this is your first exposure to the product, learn where you have easy overlaps with Sitecore XP and where you can gain new efficiencies and capabilities by leveraging Sitecore Personalize’s library of templates and Decision Canvas.

Anywhere commerce

Last year we introduced you to our new colleagues from Four51 and our new headless commerce solution. This year we’re pleased to offer an entire agenda full of customer case studies and use cases including how to connect into social channels like Facebook. Product-wise, we’ll talk about the future of our platform, including plans for a new user experience and how Sitecore OrderCloud will be taking use of our front-end builder currently leveraged by XM Cloud. If you want one platform for B2B, B2C, and Marketplace use cases, OrderCloud is uniquely capable of meeting all three use cases!

Content Operations

Creating content is always a challenge. At Sitecore, we think Content Operations is a defining function of a Digital Experience Platform. It’s the only way to scale enough content to meet your personalization needs. Numerous customers including Nordson and Wolters Kluwer will talk about how Content Hub is central to their Content Operations strategy.

Wondering about content analytics? Learn how Sitecore partner WPP has developed a turn-key solution for applying neuroscience AI to predict how your content will perform all while staying inside Content Hub.

Finally, do you ever wonder what a great implementation actually looks like and would you like your peers to see it as well? We will be continuing our tradition of honoring excellence via the Sitecore Experience Awards. Our category winners are leading the market by evolving the buying experience, building and scaling their content strategy and streamlining commerce processes to drive business growth.

The Ultimate Experience Award winners are recognized for driving innovation, redesigning the customer journey, and creating inspirational experiences across every touchpoint. This year’s winners have truly pushed the boundaries of technology, strategy, and people to deliver standout digital experiences and separate from their competition.

There is so much to see and experience at Symposium and the only way to get all the information and speak with current users, your peers, and Sitecore experts is by registering to attend in Chicago this year!
