We are proud to share the news that Sitecore has been announced as a finalist in the category of Retail and Consumer Goods in the 2023 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards, in recognition of our AI-driven Content Hub solution, which is revolutionizing digital asset management and content operations for one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies.

We would also like to take this opportunity to extend congratulations to Sitecore customer Blue Yonder, named the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2023 in this category, as well as fellow finalists and Sitecore partners, Accenture-Avanade and EPAM.

A sustainable, AI-driven solution

Sitecore was commended for its successful co-sell with one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies. With a portfolio of over 2,000 brands and a global presence in 191 countries, digital asset management (DAM) and content operations is a must-win battle for the company. Not only is speed and agility key, but also collaborative, streamlined workflows.

When it became apparent that the organization’s legacy solution was not equipped to scale with their global content strategy and lacked the automation and optimization capabilities to drive its global vision, they issued an RFP for a future-facing digital asset management and content operations solution that could empower their global marketing teams to manage their digital asset lifecycle in a more sustainable, integrated way.

Working with Microsoft, Sitecore delivered a proof of concept that not only fulfilled the brand’s technical needs and requirements, but also satisfied the company’s value creation model.

By developing a sustainable SaaS digital asset management and content lifecycle solution that removes complexities, and empowers users, Sitecore is making it possible for the brand to realize its vision on a global scale. Microsoft and Sitecore’s single, centralized solution delivers advanced, AI-driven, multilingual digital asset management and streamlined content operations.

The global brand can send up-to-date digital assets to any touchpoint, from apps to billboards — and even the metaverse, providing a seamless omnichannel experience that not only builds loyalty and trust, but also allows the company’s marketing teams to do more with less by improving efficiency and workflows.

Commenting on the announcement, Nick Malone, Sitecore’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “In an omnichannel world where customers spend the majority of their time interacting online with digital assets, it is that ‘digital content’ and the ‘personalized customer experience’ that allows brands to differentiate and win market share. We are delighted that once again Microsoft is acknowledging the success we have achieved by working together, delivering meaningful impact to our mutual customers, and ultimately turning end consumers into fans of this brand.”
