Prior to Sitecore, he spent 13 years at SAP – the last five as President of EMEA South, Middle East, and Africa, which is an organization spanning 4,700 employees, 85 nationalities, 24 office locations, and 5 time zones. During his tenure in this role, SAP doubled its business in the region and currently has 23,000+ customers and 19,000+ partners across EMEA South. Steve’s accomplishments led him to be named by Forbes Middle East as one of the most influential executives leading global companies in the Middle East, and the top-ranked executive among technology companies.
Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience, and cloud computing. As Chief Marketing Officer, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing thought leadership programs that build awareness, differentiation, and demand. Prior to joining Sitecore, Paige was CMO at digital workplace platform provider Prysm, where she rebranded the company and helped it transition to a combined SaaS and hardware business. She previously served as CMO at SDL and as Vice President of Marketing for Aprimo, where her thought leadership, demand generation, and communications programs contributed to rapid growth. Paige also served as CMO at PHH Arval and two early-stage startups—Aravo and GreenRoad Technologies. Prior to PHH, Paige spent a decade at Oracle Corporation leading a variety of marketing initiatives.
As Chief People Officer, Christine is our leader of human resources and talent management. With a strong background in high-performance, business-led people organizations, she is an integrative thinker who creates an engaging culture, driving business results. Prior to Sitecore, she was Sr. Vice President, Human Resources at BOLD, an innovative career and employment business. Additional experience includes nine years as Executive Director of HR at cloud-based professional employer organization TriNet and HR leadership positions at Kia Motors and California Center Bank.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Monte is responsible for all revenue generating teams at Sitecore, including global sales, professional services, and solution provider partnerships. He has more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth sales organizations, with a well-established track record of building customer-first sales teams and developing strategies that disrupt the marketplace. Prior to his role as CRO, Monte led Sitecore’s sales organization in the Americas, during which time he shattered performance records and continuously delivered double-digit year-over-year growth. Before Sitecore, he made his mark leading go-to-market enterprise strategies and business development for the Digital Media family of products at Adobe, and previously held senior roles at Oracle and EMC/Documentum. Monte resides in California’s central coast, where he serves as an advisor to numerous startup and early-stage companies in the area, and also is active in multiple children’s charities and community organizations.
Tom leads our teams responsible for the development of Sitecore’s future-focused technology solutions, with a focus on products that help Sitecore maintain a distinct innovation lead in the market. He joined Sitecore as the co-founder and CTO of Stylelabs, now Sitecore Content Hub, where he led the development of the company’s enterprise SaaS platform. Tom brings 20 years of experience in marketing technology – including software, systems, and product development experience – with a passion for applying technology to deliver connected customer experiences. Tom began his career as a lecturer in Mathematics and Information Technology, and holds a MSc in Engineering: Architecture from KU Leuven.
Bringing 20 years' experience in product management to Sitecore, Desta has deep expertise developing product roadmaps for enterprise platforms by driving the strategic, technical, and market-based decisions required to build successful solutions, with a strong focus on customer success. Prior to Sitecore, she was Vice President of Product at Litbit and held product leadership roles at Xactly, Calidus, and Selectica. Originally from Minneapolis, Desta earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Anil has a broad cross-functional role ensuring operational excellence, governance, and coordination across global teams. His background includes experience as a senior leader and consultant in multiple areas including professional services, engineering, product management, and marketing. Before joining Sitecore, Anil was the CMO of MarkMonitor and CompuMark, product business units of Clarivate Analytics (formerly part of Thomson Reuters). He also has over 15 years’ consulting experience with several SaaS companies, including SAP, Blue Martini Software, Medallia, Coremetrics, and others. Anil holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
Faraaz is responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and driving the company’s long-term strategy and business planning. Prior to joining Sitecore, Faraaz helped revamp the go-to-market strategy for Intercom—one of the fastest growing start-ups in Silicon Valley. He also served as the Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Partnerships and Pricing for the IP & Science division of Thomson Reuters. Prior to his corporate career, Faraaz worked in management consulting with Booz & Company and investment banking with Macquarie Capital focused on the technology, media, and telecoms sectors. He brings rich experience and a truly global perspective having lived and worked in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia / CIS. Faraaz attended Arizona State University for his undergrad studies in Finance and Supply Chain Management, the London School of Economics and INSEAD for graduate studies in Finance.
Rich has guided legal matters for technology companies for more than 20 years. At Sitecore, he is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s global legal and security teams. Prior to joining Sitecore, Rich served as vice president and assistant general counsel to Autodesk, Inc., an industry-leading design software and services company. While there, he was responsible for international legal issues relating to intellectual property, global compliance, executive compensation, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, employment, privacy, and data protection. Previously, Rich was in private practice at the San Francisco offices of Sheppard Mullin and Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon, where he supported technology companies with corporate and commercial litigation matters. Rich holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA and JD from Santa Clara University.

Tim Pashuysen joined Sitecore as the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Stylelabs, which was acquired by Sitecore late 2018. At Stylelabs, he helped build an online production house for agencies, that subsequently transformed into a systems integrator for marketing technologies and ultimately an enterprise SaaS vendor. With this trajectory, Tim brings 20 years’ of experience in different aspects of marketing technology and a strong affinity with all of the stakeholders in the Sitecore ecosystem. Prior to founding Stylelabs, Tim worked as a licensed architect and was an assistant professor in architectural design. He holds a MSc in Engineering: Architecture from KU Leuven.
John Gardiner is an experienced CFO with over two decades of building successful hyper-growth, global SaaS businesses. He combines vision and strategy with high performance operational execution to build award-winning companies. Prior to joining Sitecore, he was the President and CFO at ZoomInfo, growing the company 5-fold in four years into what is now a near $20 billion, publicly traded company. During his tenure, he helped shape a winning culture that was honored as Fortune's Top 100 Best Places to Work, Inc. Magazine's Top 50 Best Workplaces, Inc. Magazine's Fast 5000 growth companies, and the Software Information and Industry Association's Growth Company of the Year. His career also included leading Citrix to over a billion dollars in revenue and working for high-growth PE firms such as TA Associates, The Carlyle Group, Francisco Partners, and Vista Equity, where his company was named one of Glassdoor's top 10 Best Places to Work.
During a 20-year career at Microsoft, Jonas led the company’s transition to a cloud-first, mobile-first business model in Sweden by re-shaping the organization, building organizational capabilities and hiring the right leaders to manage the transformation. He held several senior executive positions at Microsoft in Europe, most recently as CEO of Microsoft Sweden. There, Jonas led more than 700 people and generated close to $1 billion in yearly revenue from traditional software sales, cloud and devices sales, as well as from consulting services. He now sits on the board of several influential companies and is a key advisor to Sitecore as chairman of the company's board.
Craig Conway served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Conway also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems from 1996 to 1999 and TGV Software from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Conway held executive management positions at a variety of leading technology companies, including Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation. In addition to Sitecore, Mr. Conway currently serves as a director of Salesforce.com, Nutanix, and Guidewire. He has also served as a director of Pegasystems, Success Factors, Advanced Micro Devices, and others. Mr. Conway received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Shelia Gulati is founder and managing director of Tola Capital, a venture capital firm that invests globally in enterprise software companies across multiple stages. She is a seasoned software expert with a wide range of industry experiences, blending financial and strategic acumen with deep knowledge and passion for software businesses. Prior to founding Tola Capital in 2010, Sheila spent over a decade at Microsoft. In her most recent role, she served as the business and marketing leader for the Enterprise Application Platform for Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, she was an investment banker for Robertson Stephens. Ms. Gulati received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a second-generation software entrepreneur, having grown up alongside her family’s software company in New York.
Bjarne is the founder of Sitecore North America. In 2004, he created Sitecore’s North America presence and grew it to over 200 people in five office locations in the US and Canada and over $100 million in revenue. During this time, he also established and built up Sitecore’s partner program. In 2017 he moved to a primary role as Customer Evangelist, and as of 2018, he joined the Sitecore Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of directors at Cognigy. Prior to Sitecore, Bjarne founded and led an educational travel company for American and Japanese students, before setting sail around the world with family for almost three years.
Carsten Thoma is an enterprise software entrepreneur and visionary who has helped shape the technological shift of an entire industry with Hybris, a company he co-founded and sold to SAP in 2013 in a multibillion-dollar transaction. Thoma was most recently President at SAP Hybris, where he successfully integrated Hybris into SAP, and was critical to SAP’s successful paradigm shift in moving to the cloud and into the services business. Thoma brings a wealth of relevant experience to the board of Sitecore. He also serves on the board of Celonis.
Darren Roos has been the spearhead of IFS as CEO since April 2018. Fearless in challenging the status quo, he’s at the front of its vision of stable growth through authenticity and integrity. With a belief in being resilient, resourceful and putting problem-solving to the fore, he’s overseen the advancement of the company’s position in Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Resource Planning.
Darren’s career building global software businesses spans over 20 years. He previously served as President of SAP’s global ERP Cloud business, with prior roles as General Manager of Northern Europe and Chief Operating Officer of EMEA for the company. Darren also was formerly the President of EMEA, APJ, LATAM at Software AG, during which time he also served on Software AG’s Group Executive Board.
Bert Janssens joined EQT AB in September 2015. Prior to joining EQT AB he worked at Venturebay, a start-up incubator, and BCG in Belgium, followed by 8 years at Warburg Pincus in London, in their TMT and Business Services sector team. Bert holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical and Mechatronical Engineering, a Postgraduate in Finance from the University of Leuven (KUL) in Belgium, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
