Ishraq Al Fataftah (@ifataftah) is the founder & CTO at ApplezTech, a digital customer experience agency based in Amman, Jordan. Ishraq has played the roles of digital consultant, technology evangelist, solution architect and technical director during her 15 years in the industry. She has been named a Sitecore MVP since 2016. Besides her passion about technology, Ishraq regularly hosts a number of technical sessions in Amman with speakers from around the world who shares their passion about technology. She also co-hosts SitecoreArabia.fm podcast, a podcast that discusses technical topics in Arabic. She is a regular speaker in technology events and symposiums discussing various Sitecore topics from both business and technology perspectives.

Paul is a Solution Architect in the Sitecore Competency at EPAM working with Sitecore since 2012. His professional responsibilities include, among other things, technical and strategic consulting, and architecture and technical leadership, design, and development. Over the years, Paul become an active member of the Sitecore community by sharing his knowledge, expertise, and passion for Sitecore via several activities and initiatives like being one of the leaders of Montreal Sitecore User Group, presented in Canada, United States and Europe, and for global audience Sitecore Summer School. Paul has been recognized as Sitecore Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in 2018 and 2019.

Angela is the head of the UX practice at Durable Digital and also runs their Washington office. She is passionate about user-centered design and accessibility, and was a contributor to the recent Sitecore whitepaper, UX4CX: User Experience guidelines to design for the Sitecore Customer Experience platform.

She embraces a collaborative approach, knowing that creating a truly delightful user experience requires the combined efforts of the entire team, from research through to QA. Day-to-day, Angela ensures that the design systems Durable creates are beautiful, easy to maintain and flexible enough to adapt to future needs—a philosophy instilled early in her career designing complex branding programs.

Angela received her BFA in graphic design from Western Michigan University and has taken courses at the University of Art and Design in Basel, Switzerland.

As an engagement director at Perficient, David estimates, architects and delivers digital marketing solutions at scale. David has been focused on architecture and software development on the Microsoft platform for over 20 years and has specialized on the Sitecore Platform for the last seven, enabling clients in the healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and insurance industries. A two time Sitecore Technology MVP, David has also launched and marketed software development tools and services and is an open source project maintainer, including maintaining several Sitecore modules. He has written articles for MSDN Magazine and the Microsoft Architecture Journal. He has presented at Sitecore Symposium as well as user group meetings and code camps.

Charlie is currently responsible for designing, building and maintaining the Sitecore Developer Collection which includes Sitecore TDS, Sitecore Razl and Sitecore Feydra. These tools help developers create Sitecore implementations. Charlie is also responsible for creating the new Visual Studio add-in for building Sitecore SaaS implementations.

Ben is part of the Sitecore Product team, focusing on continual improvements to the marketing applications suite. He has worked with digital marketing technology in various roles for the last decade and is always keen to learn more about what you are trying to achieve.

Principle Product Manager at Sitecore for the ecommerce product and is primarily responsible for the front-end solutions and middleware, including integration with analytics, personalization, reporting, marketing automation and Email Experience Manager in the Sitecore Experience Platform.

Dylan Young is a Sitecore Technology MVP in 2018, 2019 and 2020.  He is best known for his YouTube channel which has eclipsed well over 200,000 views and has 70 videos to date. He enjoys working on all major sides of the Sitecore platform including Marketing and Digital Strategy, to Software Architecture.  Dylan has recently started his own agency that specializes in providing hands on Sitecore solution architecture.  Before working on his own, Dylan worked for two Sitecore Implementation Partners (Gold and Platinum), where his insatiable desire to learn everything about Sitecore lead him to where he is today.  In his off time, he enjoys spending time traveling, spending time with family and friends, and continually striving to give back to the Sitecore Community while learning new things, in and outside of the realm of Sitecore.
