Miles joined Sitecore in 2021 as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), championing the company’s commitment to a customer-first mindset, evolving Sitecore’s model to ensure positive customer experiences and holistic adoption and integration of the company’s technology.
Following the success Miles brought to the re-focused customer success organization, his remit as CCSO has been expanded to oversee all customer-facing teams including sales, customer success, and professional services. This combination of teams into one cohesive unit will enable Sitecore to drive a unified approach to the entire customer lifecycle evolving its definition of customer success from a share-of-wallet perspective towards successful customer outputs and experience.
