SAUSALITO, Calif. - March 31, 2015 - Sitecore, the global leader in customer experience management, today announced that technology and marketing veteran Scott Anderson has joined the company as chief marketing officer. Based in the Bay Area, Anderson will lead all aspects of Sitecore’s global marketing function as the company advances into its next phase of growth.

Anderson has been instrumental in building technology brands, growing demand, driving go-to-market strategies, and increasing loyalty for companies that range from startups to Fortune 500 brands. Most recently, as SVP of global marketing at Bazaarvoice, he transformed the marketing department into an accountable, data-driven practice and played a substantial role in leading the adoption of a customer centric business model company-wide. Prior to this role, Anderson was vice president of marketing at Hewlett Packard, where he was responsible for the brand health of its $55 billion commercial business. He was instrumental in advancing the digital maturity of the global marketing organization.
