Sitecore positioned highest in “Ability to Execute” in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management

Sausalito, Calif. – October 3, 2016Sitecore, the global leader in customer experience management, today announced that it has once again placed highest in “ability to execute” by Gartner, Inc. in its September 28, 2016 “Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management” for the second year in a row, relative to all other participating WCM vendors. The evaluation criteria for a vendor’s ability to execute included product/service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience and operations.

Criteria for completeness of vision included market understanding, marketing strategy, sales strategy, product strategy, business model, vertical/industry strategy, innovation and geographic strategy. For the seventh consecutive year, Sitecore has landed in the leadership quadrant.
