Dexus is one of Australia's leading real estate groups, with a $26.5 billion portfolio that includes 15 destination shopping centers. To help its 3,000+ retail tenants connect profitably with their communities, the company needed a separate website for each shopping center, providing omnichannel marketing support to tenants and useful information to retail customers. It also needed to launch these new sites in just three months to ensure its digital presence didn't lapse as soon as it was out of contract with its previous vendor.
Working with Switch, Dexus created 15 localized sites that share a common Sitecore instance, which makes the company's entire digital presence easier to manage and maintain while keeping navigation and content consistent and up-to-date across all sites. Now Dexus has an omnichannel marketing strategy that reaches more retail customers, provides more data to retail tenants, and delivers a content-rich digital experience that aligns with its shopping centers' high-quality brand.
