Eurobank boosts user engagement and mobile usage
One of Greece's largest banks, Eurobank knows the demands of today’s consumers. No longer do they stand in line to deposit checks, withdraw cash, or talk to financial advisers. They’re banking online, and the majority are transacting via mobile device.
To increase revenue, optimize for mobile, and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns, Eurobank, together with Sitecore Gold Implementation Partner Linakis Digital, embarked on a digital transformation, which began with Eurobank’s corporate website.
Running on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Eurobank’s new website delivers a personalized experience for each customer, is optimized for mobile, accessible to individuals with disabilities, and easy for non-technical marketers to update. With Sitecore, Eurobank also has a comprehensive toolset that enables marketers to gain a holistic view of customer needs as well as machine learning-generated insights in order to deliver highly effective personalized experiences.
