Baptist Health is a health care system in Northeast Florida comprised of five hospitals. In addition, Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center is a regional destination for multidisciplinary cancer care clinically integrated with MD Anderson Cancer Center, the world-renowned cancer treatment and research institution in Houston.
The health system’s medical library provides quick access to medical journals. Physicians also use a variety of forms — for medical histories, surgical consent, scheduling, intake, and other matters. The health system aimed to create a higher-value portal for network physicians, a one-stop shop where doctors could quickly locate essential resources — and thereby provide the highest level of patient care more efficiently.
We set out to build a higher-value physician portal — easier to use, with better search and navigation, and information essential to clinical efficiency.
