The answers to a few simple questions, stored along with all visitor interactions in Sitecore xDB, allow the Sitecore solution to target individual users and personalize content in the context of their needs.

Because the experience is so personalized, Sunrise has witnessed an 81% completion rate on its questionnaire, and 67% of all leads become move-in opportunities. Sunrise’s digital experience is a great example of context marketing to drive a positive outcome to customers’ senior care journeys.
