Brompton Bicycle wanted to build a relationship directly with its customers

Brompton Bicycle (Brompton) is the UK’s largest bike manufacturer, making over 45,000 bikes each year in its factory in West London. Founded in 1975, the brand is now synonymous with innovative product design and high-quality engineering.

Brompton sells its bikes through 1,450 official dealers in 48 countries. In 2011, the company launched its global retail presence, with 14 Brompton Junction stores now open in cities including London, Tokyo and New York.

By ensuring customers have easy access to the information they need to configure a bike to their exact requirements, we can move them towards a purchase. For example, providing content on new store openings, or details of our Bike Hire scheme where riders can try out a bike for a few days, is key to moving them along the purchase journey
