PeopleCert delivers millions of exams in over 200 countries and in 25 languages, partnering with multi-national organizations and government bodies.

The company recognized that its digital presence was the major pillar via which it would accomplish its long-term strategic goal: to dominate the global certification market and revolutionize the exam and certification industry.

The company engaged Linakis Digital and Together, they chose Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) on which to develop the experience.

With Sitecore XP’s contextual marketing capabilities, PeopleCert now delivers relevant content to exam candidates based on behavior (i.e., pages visited, interactions) and characteristics such as customer type, country, language, subjects of interest, and how close he or she is to a purchasing decision.

The site communicates in real time with PeopleCert’s ERP and CRM systems in order to dynamically inform the visitor about products, prices, offers, available days and hours of examinations, and test results.

From the B2B section of the marketplace, PeopleCert partners (exam centers) can fully manage their profile, the examination products, the scheduling and availability of tests, the exam center allotment, as well as sales analytics.

Furthermore, PeopleCert’s marketing team is now able to drive advanced digital business optimization and context marketing initiatives through built-in A/B/N testing mechanisms.
