Global hospitality company supports 60 web properties on centralized platform with Sitecore XP

Hospitality leader Delaware North’s 60,000 employees delight a half-billion guests each year with top-quality food, lodging, and entertainment. However, the corporate digital team struggled to keep up with industry growth, with greater regional staff demands from 60 unique locations. To support 60 unique web properties, marketing leaders needed a robust and scalable CMS that allowed for distinct user experiences.

With local teams focused on improved content, site visits and session durations have grown and new promotions entice additional online bookings. Unique narratives for specialized locations, such as Niagara Falls and Peaks of Otter, simplify navigation to for visitors to find helpful and attractive content

Next steps for the hospitality leader include user experience personalization, additional contextual marketing, and new shared components, such as casino reservations, for broader deployments. Plans for 2018 include enriched online experiences for six gaming locations. Soon enough, guests across every property will benefit from rich and immersive online visits.
