Alison Sainsbury is Senior Director of Digital Experience for Sitecore, leading the team who are "connecting the experience" for Sitecore's own customers on our own channels. Previous to this role, Alison spent three years in our Business Optimisation consulting team, working with our customers to help them deliver the best possible digital experience on their Sitecore platform, covering more than 50 projects around the world in that time. Alison is also the author of numerous Sitecore guides and whitepapers, including the UX4CX and Multisite Optimisation whitepapers, and an in-demand speaker at DX events around the world.
Dr Catriona Wallace is an entrepreneur in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fields. Catriona also has a reputation globally as a leading writer, speaker and advisor on Responsible Technology, Ethics and the Future of Work. Dr Wallace is the CEO of Ethical AI Advisory consulting practice and she is the Founder of Flamingo AI, a Machine-Learning company with headquarters in New York and Sydney.
Jean-Luc Ambrosi (BA Psychology, MA Marketing) is an award winning marketer who has built an enviable reputation as a marketing strategist, focusing on the consumer experience far beyond the walls of marketing departments, and also as a leader able to drive implementation through rigorous tactical plans and innovative delivery.
