As the APAC Lead for the cloud partner business, with the Sales and Marketing Organization, Pratima spearheads the work Microsoft does to empower customers of all sizes to digitally transform their businesses with solution partners.
She leads the strategy, planning and execution of the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) business for APAC. Her cross-functional, multi-country team of technologists, business and partner development experts provide technical and industry expertise to solution vendor companies.
Over the past 20 years, Pratima has held leadership and P&L responsibilities at various technology companies like Rational Software, IBM and Sun Microsystems. She has built and led technical teams that have delivered high growth cloud revenues at emerging and developed global markets.
Pratima is a regular speaker at startup meetups and developer events, particularly for women in technology. She is an active technology mentor to some promising APAC startups and women entrepreneurs. She chairs the Microsoft Diversity and Inclusion Council for Accessibility and Assistive Technology.
Chetna currently leads partnerships and alliances at Sitecore for Asia. Her career spans across various roles in sales, sales management, channels and alliances as well as leading business units focused on specialist services across Asia Pacific. She has in-depth experience in cloud, enterprise and digital applications as well as IT outsourcing. She has lived across the region –previously based in Sydney and currently residing in Singapore for the past 10 years.
