Customers worldwide can now create an ideal kitchen plan in English, German, Spanish, or French, then be referred automatically to the nearest Nolte dealer. Meanwhile, the dealer receives the lead and can follow up on it proactively. The new system also captures far more customer information to personalize later interactions and boost customer engagement. In the six months since deployment, Nolte Küchen has seen registered users on its website leap from 7,700 to 25,000, with retailer connections and referrals averaging 100 a month.
