Mark FrostChief executive officer
With a 20-year impressive track record at the forefront of cloud business models, Mark Frost delivers a unique combination of operational, product and P&L experience that outperforms the status quo. He has extensive experience creating and executing breakaway strategies that solve customer problems while driving category and product leadership. Prior to joining Sitecore, Mark Frost served as CEO of MarkMonitor, a global leader in enterprise brand protection, safeguarding more than half of the Fortune 100 brands. He also served as General Manager for the SaaS Business Unit of CA Technologies, where he was part of the Global Leadership Team and responsible for pioneering and leading the transformation to SaaS. His efforts helped drive year-over-year revenue growth by more than 75 per cent and increased market share with the acquisition of 330 new customers. Mark Frost earned his BA in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
Beth BrodersonChief customer officer
Beth brings two decades of customer success experience with enterprise and platform technologies to Sitecore. She was previously at Oracle, where she was the Group Vice President for Customer Success. Before Oracle, Beth held C-level and executive roles at Hyperion and KPMG Consulting. Beth’s passion for community also extends to her personal life: She is also a board member and active volunteer at Veggielution Community Farm, which connects underserved communities through food and farming. A native Bostonian, Beth earned her BA at Boston University.
Paige O'NeillChief marketing officer
Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles, crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience and cloud computing. As Chief Marketing Officer, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing thought leadership programs that build awareness, differentiation and demand. Prior to joining Sitecore, Paige was the CMO at a digital workplace platform provider, Prysm, where she rebranded the company and helped it transition to a combined SaaS and hardware business. She previously served as CMO at SDL and as Vice President of Marketing for Aprimo, where her thought leadership, demand generation and communications programs contributed to rapid growth. Paige also served as CMO at PHH Arval and two early-stage startups—Aravo and GreenRoad Technologies. Prior to PHH, Paige spent a decade at Oracle Corporation leading a variety of marketing initiatives.
Mark ZablanChief revenue officer
Over the past 20 years, Mark has held executive roles with high growth companies in the areas of data, analytics, digital marketing and content management software. He has extensive global management experience, having operated businesses in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Sitecore, he served as President of Adobe EMEA, a region with over 1,000 employees delivering more than $1.2 billion in revenue from Creative, Marketing and Document Cloud subscriptions. As Group President of Experian Marketing Services in North America and UK/Ireland, Mark had full P&L responsibility for Experian's portfolio of businesses, repositioning the group as a digital marketing leader and first mover in multichannel campaign management. Mark is a well-known industry expert and accomplished speaker, who enjoys long-standing relationships with large global brands and ad-tech agencies.
Christine ParkChief people officer
As Chief People Officer, Christine is our leader of human resources and talent management. With a strong background in high-performance, business-led people organizations, she is an integrative thinker who creates an engaging culture, driving business results. Prior to Sitecore, she was Sr. Vice President, Human Resources at BOLD, an innovative career and employment business. Additional experience includes nine years as Executive Director of HR at the cloud-based professional employer organization TriNet and HR leadership positions at Kia Motors and California Center Bank.
Ryan DonovanChief technology officer
Ryan Donovan is responsible for innovation at Sitecore, researching emergent solutions and driving ideation of new technology, as well as leading the patent programme and evangelising our technology vision. Ryan has over 20 years of experience working in the digital marketing and web-facing technology space in both the implementation partner and enterprise software sectors. He joined Sitecore when it acquired CommerceServer.net, where he previously served as President and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, Ryan served as Co-President and Chief Technology Officer of SMITH (formerly Ascentium Corporation / Cactus Commerce), a provider of digital agency services, managed Internet hosting solutions and eCommerce solution accelerators. Before that, Ryan spent many years at Microsoft in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as the engineering general manager of Microsoft’s commerce and web hosting solutions.
Udo WaibelEVP, Engineering
Udo leads our engineering teams in the development of our solutions while driving constant improvement and focus on quality, reliability, ease-of-use, security and customer delight. He has a depth and breadth of experience that is critical to driving future growth and innovation. Prior to Sitecore, Udo was CTO at International Decision Systems (IDS). At IDS, he drove the product engineering team to stabilise existing customer implementations, significantly reduce product defects and establish modern and agile engineering practices, enabling a greater focus on innovation. Before IDS, he served as the Chief Technical Officer and SVP of Products at Heat Software. Udo has also held CTO and engineering leadership positions at cloud software startup Hara as well as SAP.
Anil GuptaEVP, Program management
Anil has a broad, cross-functional role ensuring operational excellence, governance and coordination across global teams. His background includes experience as a senior leader and consultant in multiple areas including professional services, engineering, product management and marketing. Before joining Sitecore, Anil was the CMO of MarkMonitor and CompuMark, product business units of Clarivate Analytics (formerly part of Thomson Reuters). He also has over 15 years’ consulting experience with several SaaS companies, including SAP, Blue Martini Software, Medallia, Coremetrics and others. Anil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
Dan GriggsChief financial officer
Dan has held financial leadership positions in both traditional corporations and high-growth venture- or equity-backed technology companies for more than 15 years. He founded and built Sitecore’s Financial Planning and Analysis function in support of the company’s 35%+ annual revenue growth and played a lead role in the sale of a majority interest to the private equity firm EQT. Prior to joining Sitecore, Dan was Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at the technology company Rocket Fuel, where he built and led the finance organisation through revenue growth and helped to drive a successful IPO and subsequent secondary offering. Prior to Rocket Fuel, he held progressive roles in corporate finance with Nestlé USA and AT&T, Inc. Dan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California at Davis and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Faraaz KhanSVP, Corporate strategy and development
Faraaz is responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions and driving the company’s long-term strategy and business planning. Prior to joining Sitecore, Faraaz helped revamp the go-to-market strategy for Intercom—one of the fastest growing startups in Silicon Valley. He also served as the Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Partnerships and Pricing for the IP & Science division of Thomson Reuters. Prior to his corporate career, Faraaz worked in management consulting with Booz & Company and investment banking with Macquarie Capital, focussed on the technology, media and telecoms sectors. He brings rich experience and a truly global perspective, having lived and worked in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia / CIS.
Faraaz attended Arizona State University for his undergraduate studies in Finance and Supply Chain Management, the London School of Economics and INSEAD for graduate studies in Finance.
Rich FoehrChief legal officer
Rich has guided legal matters for technology companies for more than 20 years. At Sitecore, he is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s global legal and security teams. Prior to joining Sitecore, Rich served as vice president and assistant general counsel to Autodesk, Inc., an industry-leading design software and services company. While there, he was responsible for international legal issues relating to intellectual property, global compliance, executive compensation, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, employment, privacy and data protection. Previously, Rich was in private practice at the San Francisco offices of Sheppard Mullin and Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon, where he supported technology companies with corporate and commercial litigation matters. Rich holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA and JD from Santa Clara University.

Jonas PerssonChairman of the board
During a 20-year career at Microsoft, Jonas led the company’s transition to a cloud-first, mobile-first business model in Sweden by reshaping the organisation, building organisational capabilities and hiring the right leaders to manage the transformation. He held several senior executive positions at Microsoft in Europe, most recently as CEO of Microsoft Sweden. There, Jonas led more than 700 people and generated close to $1 billion in yearly revenue from traditional software sales, cloud and devices sales, as well as from consulting services. He now sits on the board of several influential companies and is a key advisor to Sitecore as chairman of the company's board.
Craig ConwayBoard member
Craig Conway served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 to 2004. Mr Conway also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems from 1996 to 1999 and TGV Software from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Mr Conway held executive management positions at a variety of leading technology companies, including Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation. In addition to Sitecore, Mr Conway currently serves as a director of Salesforce.com, Nutanix and Guidewire. He has also served as a director of Pegasystems, Success Factors, Advanced Micro Devices and others. Mr Conway received a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Sheila GulatiBoard member
Shelia Gulati is founder and managing director of Tola Capital, a venture capital firm that invests globally in enterprise software companies across multiple stages. She is a seasoned software expert with a wide range of industry experiences, blending financial and strategic acumen with deep knowledge and passion for software businesses. Prior to founding Tola Capital in 2010, Sheila spent over a decade at Microsoft. In her most recent role, she served as the business and marketing leader for the Enterprise Application Platform for Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, she was an investment banker for Robertson Stephens.
Ms Gulati received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a second-generation software entrepreneur, having grown up alongside her family’s software company in New York.
Bjarne HansenBoard member
Bjarne is the founder of Sitecore North America. In 2004, he created Sitecore’s North America presence and grew it to over 200 people in five office locations in the US and Canada and over $100 million in revenue. During this time, he also established and built up Sitecore’s partner program. In 2017, he moved to a primary role as Customer Evangelist, and as of 2018, he joined the Sitecore Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of directors at Cognigy.Prior to Sitecore, Bjarne founded and led an educational travel company for American and Japanese students, before setting sail around the world with his family for almost three years.

Dominik Stein joined EQT Partners in Munich in September 2006. He holds master’s degrees in business administration of the University of St. Gallen (Lic. Oec.) and INSEAD (MBA). Prior to joining EQT Partners, Dominik worked for McKinsey & Company in the Private Equity Practice between 2001 and 2006. Dominik is Head of EQT's TMT Sector Team.
Carsten ThomaBoard member
Carsten Thoma is an enterprise software entrepreneur and visionary who has helped shape the technological shift of an entire industry with Hybris, a company he co-founded and sold to SAP in 2013 in a multibillion-dollar transaction. Thoma was most recently President at SAP Hybris, where he successfully integrated Hybris into SAP, and was critical to SAP’s successful paradigm shift in moving to the cloud and into the services business. Thoma brings a wealth of relevant experience to the board of Sitecore. He also serves on the board of Celonis.
Robert YoungjohnsBoard member
Robert Youngjohns has served on the board of Sitecore since 2016. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Hewlett Packard Enterprise software until the business was merged with Microfocus in 2016. In addition to Sitecore, he currently serves on the board of several emerging software companies and as a member of the executive management team of Automation Anywhere, a leading vendor of Robotic Process Automation. Previous roles include President of Microsoft North America, CEO of Callidus Cloud and EVP Sales at Sun Microsystems. He started his career in the technology industry at IBM in the world of mainframes.
Mr Youngjohns received an MA (Hons) from Oxford University where he majored in Physics and Philosophy.
