TelstraSuper ups investor trust, self-service transactions with Sitecore Experience Platform
TelstraSuper, Australia’s largest corporate retirement fund, required a simplified and modernised digital presence with the ability to evolve over time. They engaged Deloitte Digital to deploy a new public site and member portal and selected Sitecore Experience Platform for its strong content management, simplified administration and personalisation capabilities. Web development began in May 2016; by June 2017, TelstraSuper won the Website of the Year investment industry MAX Award for marketing innovation.
Using the new platform, TelstraSuper cut deployment time from one year to six months and was able to reach budget goals. The site has already achieved excellent results: visitors have increased by 50%, and self-service transactions have jumped from 100% to 300%.The next phase of development will further simplify the user experience and guide members’ retirement decisions. The fund will convert all remaining static forms to interactive web forms and use timely communications to encourage account information updates. Thereafter, TelstraSuper will program personas into the Sitecore platform and leverage Sitecore Experience Database to personalise each user’s digital experience. TelstraSuper also plans to integrate Sitecore with its Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution and deploy the Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM).
