Leister AG, a pioneer of plastic welding and process heat products, has a successful business model with B2B customers and a global network of 130 distributors. But to grow revenue, increase brand awareness, and improve the customer experience, the company needed to connect better with end-user customers and offer new mobile and IoT services. Leister worked with Sitecore to build a new digital platform to centralize digital assets, improve end-customer engagement, and support next-generation mobile experiences.

Leister is deploying new services and features easily and quickly and managing cross-environment content globally with Sitecore for all Leister websites. Quotation requests are up 10%, and content editing is 15% faster. Within weeks of launching its new Sitecore-powered platform, Leister improved the customer experience and increased efficiency by over 50%.
