Acquisition to Accelerate Digital Transformation Initiatives and Expand Support for Partner Ecosystem

, the global leader in digital experience management software, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Hedgehog Development, a customer and partner-focused digital consultancy. Hedgehog technology will help to accelerate Sitecore’s growth while bolstering the people, technology, and services supporting Sitecore Solution Partners.

Sitecore’s acquisition of Hedgehog closed on June 7, 2019. On that date, Hedgehog’s more than 80 employees became part of Sitecore, including the Hedgehog leadership team. Hedgehog’s TDS Essential Suite products will continue to be sold and supported without interruption. Sitecore will continue to evaluate the best way to serve our customers and the Sitecore community through ongoing product enhancements that leverage technology gained from this acquisition and feedback from our customers.
