Session 1: The leader’s guide to creating a culture of personalisation
Personalisation starts with a mindset that puts your customers—and their individual needs, desires, and objectives—at the forefront of your marketing initiatives. In this session, you’ll learn how to get leadership buy-in, establish a winning team, and build the business case for personalisation, AI,and CX transformation.

Session 2: Putting personalisation into practice
Everyone talks about personalisation, but how do you move from planning to success? Join a fast-track workshop, developed based on working with hundreds of customers globally, and designed to enable you to put personalisation plans into practice.

Session 3: The impact of effective personalisation
Personalisation isn't a one-size-fits-all strategy. Luke Williams, Associate Director at Australian Catholic University, a Sitecore customer, will share his company’s story about how personalisation has driven their marketing results and bottom line.
