Steve Stathis Tzikakis is an experienced digital transformation technology leader with a strong track record for translating vision and strategy into world-class go-to-market execution, and the ability to bring together teams and ecosystems to drive rapid growth. Prior to Sitecore, he spent 13 years at SAP – the last five as President of EMEA South, Middle East, and Africa, which is an organization spanning 4,700 employees, 85 nationalities, 24 office locations, and 5 time zones. During his tenure in this role, SAP doubled its business in the region and currently has 23,000+ customers and 19,000+ partners across EMEA South. Steve’s accomplishments led him to be named by Forbes Middle East as one of the most influential executives leading global companies in the Middle East, and the top-ranked executive among technology companies.
Tom leads our teams responsible for the development of Sitecore’s future-focused technology solutions, with a focus on products that help Sitecore maintain a distinct innovation lead in the market. He joined Sitecore as the co-founder and CTO of Stylelabs, now Sitecore Content Hub, where he led the development of the company’s enterprise SaaS platform. Tom brings 20 years of experience in marketing technology – including software, systems, and product development experience – with a passion for applying technology to deliver connected customer experiences. Tom began his career as a lecturer in Mathematics and Information Technology, and holds a MSc in Engineering: Architecture from KU Leuven.
John Gardiner is an experienced CFO with over two decades of building successful hyper-growth, global SaaS businesses. He combines vision and strategy with high performance operational execution to build award-winning companies. Prior to joining Sitecore, he was the President and CFO at ZoomInfo, growing the company 5-fold in four years into what is now a near $20 billion, publicly traded company. During his tenure, he helped shape a winning culture that was honored as Fortune's Top 100 Best Places to Work, Inc. Magazine's Top 50 Best Workplaces, Inc. Magazine's Fast 5000 growth companies, and the Software Information and Industry Association's Growth Company of the Year. His career also included leading Citrix to over a billion dollars in revenue and working for high-growth PE firms such as TA Associates, The Carlyle Group, Francisco Partners, and Vista Equity, where his company was named one of Glassdoor's top 10 Best Places to Work.
Bertil is an accomplished lawyer with more than 25 years of experience and specialty in large enterprise software and cloud sectors. He brings his in-depth knowledge, a cooperative management style, and the motivation for excellence to lead our legal team. He’ll use his quick wit, flexibility, and confidence to help us scale globally, convey counsel on acquisition strategy and product innovation, and to support the ongoing success of our customer relationships. Prior to joining Sitecore, Bertil was a trusted advisor and strategic senior leader with SAP worldwide, most recently as the EMEA and Greater China Regional General Counsel. There, he helped develop fast-growth regions into multibillion-euro organizations, always focused on supporting customers and their digital transformation journey. In his most recent role, he was also involved in the creation of new business models, the development of Cloud offerings, along with strategically leading and orchestrating the simplification of legal documentation within customer contracts. Bertil possesses a Law Degree from Ruprecht-Karls University, Heidelberg, Germany and an Executive MBA from ESSEC, Paris, France.
Most recently serving as senior vice president of sales for SAP’s Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region, Nick brings 24 years of leadership experience spanning mature and emerging markets and ecosystems. Prior to his role at SAP, Nick was chief information officer at the sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna, where he defined and led their group digital transformation. At Sitecore, Nick oversees global field operations, Sitecore’s project management office, IT and security operations, merger and acquisition integration, global system integrators, digital agency partnerships, and global deal operations team.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Lee will lead Sitecore’s customer success initiatives, support, services, knowledge and learning as well as a newly created renewals team. He joins Sitecore from Red Hat, where he most recently served as vice president of the Central Europe Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region supporting customers’ cloud journeys and leading his team to quadruple revenue growth in five years. His experience also includes serving as regional director, Middle East, Turkey and India at Infor and general manager Telco, EMEA, at SAP.
Dave is a successful product leader and entrepreneur with 20 years' experience building enterprise products in multiple industries including financial services, telecom and travel. Most recently he was CEO and Co-Founder of Boxever, before it was acquired by Sitecore, where he created a market-leading CDP and personalization platform that enabled global brands to transform their customer engagement using data and AI. Prior to founding Boxever, he led R&D at an airline e-commerce company delivering retail and merchandising solutions to some of the world’s leading airlines. Dave holds a BA in Mathematics and MSc in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and is passionate about building high-performing teams that create products that delight customers.
Paige brings over 20 years of experience in senior marketing roles crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience, and cloud computing. As Chief Marketing Officer, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing thought leadership programs that build awareness, differentiation, and demand. Prior to joining Sitecore, Paige was CMO at digital workplace platform provider Prysm, where she rebranded the company and helped it transition to a combined SaaS and hardware business. She previously served as CMO at SDL and as Vice President of Marketing for Aprimo, where her thought leadership, demand generation, and communications programs contributed to rapid growth. Paige also served as CMO at PHH Arval and two early-stage startups—Aravo and GreenRoad Technologies. Prior to PHH, Paige spent a decade at Oracle Corporation leading a variety of marketing initiatives.
As Chief People Officer, Christine is our leader of human resources and talent management. With a strong background in high-performance, business-led people organizations, she is an integrative thinker who creates an engaging culture, driving business results. Prior to Sitecore, she was Sr. Vice President, Human Resources at BOLD, an innovative career and employment business. Additional experience includes nine years as Executive Director of HR at cloud-based professional employer organization TriNet and HR leadership positions at Kia Motors and California Center Bank.
Nasos oversees all engineering aspects for current and future products, including development, architecture, quality assurance, cloud engineering, and shared services while leading multiple global teams. He brings over 15 years of experience as a CTO and more than 25 years leading software engineering, product, user experience, and operations teams. Nasos has worked in diverse technology industries, including e-commerce, mobile, financial platforms, imaging/photography, software/hardware products, and telecommunications. He has a passion for innovation and has collaborated and authored several patents.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Monte is responsible for all revenue generating teams at Sitecore, including global sales, professional services, and solution provider partnerships. He has more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth sales organizations, with a well-established track record of building customer-first sales teams and developing strategies that disrupt the marketplace. Prior to his role as CRO, Monte led Sitecore’s sales organization in the Americas, during which time he shattered performance records and continuously delivered double-digit year-over-year growth. Before Sitecore, he made his mark leading go-to-market enterprise strategies and business development for the Digital Media family of products at Adobe, and previously held senior roles at Oracle and EMC/Documentum. Monte resides in California’s central coast, where he serves as an advisor to numerous startup and early-stage companies in the area, and also is active in multiple children’s charities and community organizations.
Amar is a successful technology entrepreneur and product and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building large-scale companies. Most recently, he was CEO and founder of Reflektion, which was acquired by Sitecore in 2021. At Reflektion, Amar created a marketing-leading, AI-powered search technology and customer engagement platform used by leading global brands. Prior to founding Reflektion, Amar spent 11 years in key leadership roles at Google. Amar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Faraaz is responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and driving the company’s long-term strategy and business planning. Prior to joining Sitecore, Faraaz helped revamp the go-to-market strategy for Intercom—one of the fastest growing start-ups in Silicon Valley. He also served as the Global Head of Corporate Strategy, Partnerships and Pricing for the IP & Science division of Thomson Reuters. Prior to his corporate career, Faraaz worked in management consulting with Booz & Company and investment banking with Macquarie Capital focused on the technology, media, and telecoms sectors. He brings rich experience and a truly global perspective having lived and worked in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia / CIS. Faraaz attended Arizona State University for his undergrad studies in Finance and Supply Chain Management, the London School of Economics and INSEAD for graduate studies in Finance.
Mark is an accomplished entrepreneurial technology leader with 30 years’ experience building enterprise software and technology services businesses. Most recently he was CEO and Co-Founder of Four51, before it was acquired by Sitecore, where he led the development of a market-leading, MACH-certified, B2B e-commerce platform that highlights the capabilities of composable commerce for complex global enterprises. Mark holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College, and revels in disrupting markets and industries by enabling teams to look beyond today's requirements, delivering beyond what customers expect.
During a 20-year career at Microsoft, Jonas led the company’s transition to a cloud-first, mobile-first business model in Sweden by re-shaping the organization, building organizational capabilities and hiring the right leaders to manage the transformation. He held several senior executive positions at Microsoft in Europe, most recently as CEO of Microsoft Sweden. There, Jonas led more than 700 people and generated close to $1 billion in yearly revenue from traditional software sales, cloud and devices sales, as well as from consulting services. He now sits on the board of several influential companies and is a key advisor to Sitecore as chairman of the company's board.
Craig Conway served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Conway also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems from 1996 to 1999 and TGV Software from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Conway held executive management positions at a variety of leading technology companies, including Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation. In addition to Sitecore, Mr. Conway currently serves as a director of Salesforce.com, Nutanix, and Guidewire. He has also served as a director of Pegasystems, Success Factors, Advanced Micro Devices, and others. Mr. Conway received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Bjarne is the founder of Sitecore North America. In 2004, he created Sitecore’s North America presence and grew it to over 200 people in five office locations in the US and Canada and over $100 million in revenue. During this time, he also established and built up Sitecore’s partner program. In 2017 he moved to a primary role as Customer Evangelist, and as of 2018, he joined the Sitecore Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of directors at Cognigy. Prior to Sitecore, Bjarne founded and led an educational travel company for American and Japanese students, before setting sail around the world with family for almost three years.
Bert Janssens joined EQT AB in September 2015. Prior to joining EQT AB he worked at Venturebay, a start-up incubator, and BCG in Belgium, followed by 8 years at Warburg Pincus in London, in their TMT and Business Services sector team. Bert holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical and Mechatronical Engineering, a Postgraduate in Finance from the University of Leuven (KUL) in Belgium, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Marjorie Lao was Executive VP and CFO of the LEGO Group from 2017-20, with overall responsibility for finance, legal, compliance and risk management, government and public affairs, and social and environmental responsibility. She’s also held leadership positions with Cisco, McKinsey & Company, and Proctor & Gamble. In addition to Sitecore, Ms. Lao is currently Vice-Chairperson and a member of the Supervisory Board of MYT Netherlands (mytheresa.com), and a member of the Board of Directors of Logitech and Modern Times Group (MTG). She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Carsten Thoma is an enterprise software entrepreneur and visionary who has helped shape the technological shift of an entire industry with Hybris, a company he co-founded and sold to SAP in 2013 in a multibillion-dollar transaction. Thoma was most recently President at SAP Hybris, where he successfully integrated Hybris into SAP, and was critical to SAP’s successful paradigm shift in moving to the cloud and into the services business. Thoma brings a wealth of relevant experience to the board of Sitecore. He also serves on the board of Celonis.
