We wanted to celebrate our shared success and highlight those partners who are going the extra mile. That’s why, in 2021, we launched the Sitecore Partner Awards.

With three awards up for grabs in each region, and a fourth to recognize overall winners, categories are based around joint go-to-market engagement, solution delivery and quality of capability. All our partners, no matter their size or partnership tier, have a chance to take home the prize.

Without further ado, let’s introduce this year’s well-deserved winners.

Global Partner of the Year: Accenture/Avanade

Accenture / Avanade is essentially a household name among marketers and business leaders. And for good reason. We’re incredibly pleased to award Accenture/Avanade our Global Partner of the Year for 2021.

Sitecore’s Global Partner of the Year is awarded to the highest performing partner across all regions, based on several criteria, including product expertise, capabilities in co-selling, and customer solution delivery. This is the ultimate accolade for Sitecore Partners and it represents an exceptional level of achievement in every area of business, from enablement to sales and solution delivery. The winner of this impressive title can confidently tell their prospects they’re the best in the business.

Accenture/Avanade works with over 23,000 professionals dedicated to serving marketing and digital clients, offering integrated, industrialized, as well as industry-driven digital transformation and marketing services.

Regional Partner of the Year

Joining Accenture at the podium are three region-specific winners, recognized for their astounding work within specific markets.

Macaw, a full-service technology partner with over 25 years of experience, has been awarded Partner of the Year – EMEA. Their ability to combine data, design, and Sitecore solutions has seen them make a huge impact across the EMEA region.

Deloitte is our Partner of the Year – APJ. Deloitte Digital is committed to helping clients unlock the business value of emerging technologies. It provides clients with a full suite of digital services, covering digital strategy, user experience, content, creative, engineering and implementation across mobile, web, and social media channels.

Our Partner of the Year – Americas, is XCentium. XCentium is known for excellence in delivery, deep technological expertise, and knowledge of the Sitecore suite of products across content, commerce, and experience management.

Excellence in Solution Delivery

The Excellence in Solution Delivery award highlights the partners who’ve delivered solutions to a world-class level.

Winners of this award will have inspired countless prospects, completed many sales, and deployed numerous Sitecore products – meeting the requirements of customers time and time again. Both winners and nominees will have an outstanding credential to add to their marketing materials and conversations with prospects. After all, nobody delivers Sitecore products like they do.

WPP, a creative transformation company that uses the power of creativity and technology to change the world, is the global winner of this highly competitive award.

EPAM takes the award for the EMEA region, recognized for its global team of strategists, designers, developers, and architects who solve the biggest business challenges.

Avanade / Accenture is the deserving winner of this award in the APJ region. Avanade/Accenture demonstrated a true regional coverage when delivering successful customer engagements across the APJ region, working on significant projects with marquee customers across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Asia.

We also congratulate the winner for the Americas: Perficient, a leading digital consultancy transforming how the world’s biggest brands connect with customers and grow their business.

Excellence in Product Expertise

You can’t win a Sitecore Partner Award without hard work – but the Excellence in Product Expertise award celebrates partners that go even further than the rest.

Based on achievements in training, certifications, and enablement, winners will have dedicated huge amounts of time and energy to building capability with Sitecore products. They will have put this knowledge into practice too – making customers’ visions reality.

The overall global winner of this category is Horizontal Digital. We recognize Horizontal as a dedicated and specialized Sitecore Partner, helping businesses maximize their Sitecore investment and create real-time experiences that really build relationships.

Valtech, a partner that has worked closely with Sitecore since our early roots as a content management system, is our winner for the EMEA region. Valtech provides guidance on market and technology developments, contributes to original Sitecore thought leadership, and shares information and strategies.

Deloitte, representing the APJ region, takes home a second award, recognized for engagement, capability, innovation in solution offerings, and overall growth in business through the partnership. The business’s very high level of engagement demonstrates a true partnership in approaching the market jointly, winning esteemed customers and brands.

Last, but far from least, EPAM also wins a second award for Excellence in Product Expertise across the Americas. EPAM has helped some of the largest enterprises find unparalleled success by implementing Sitecore.

The Sitecore Partner Awards are just beginning

We want to give one more massive “congratulations” to all of this year’s winners and nominees.

We’re always looking to recognize our partners for their amazing achievements, no matter their partnership tier. The truth is, though, that there just aren’t enough awards to go around to all those deserving. It’s always going to be a hard call to make.

Next year, we’re looking to expand the awards even further, opening up more opportunities for partners to earn accolades and give their business a boost.
