Over the past five years, Siva has been driving the implementation of digital channels for enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency across CapitaLand Business Parks & Commercial properties (formally Ascendas-Singbridge as the company recently merged with CapitaLand to create the largest diversified real estate group in Asia). He leads service delivery, defines guiding principles and implementation approach & solution. By connecting different touchpoints, different enterprise & IoT systems, he and his team had successfully implemented several digital channels ranging from websites, mobile apps, Digital Signs/Kiosks, Chatbots, Video Walls, Feedback Systems and also helped marketing team to continue to mature the use of digital marketing tools.

Sarah Gu, has been in L’Oreal APAC Digital IT for 4 years as her previous role of Digital IT Manager on building digital marketing team. She and her team have consistently been recognised as best in the group for the APAC Website Factory Program they have delivered (47 Website Factory website launches across 14 countries). Started from May of Y2019, she is taking a new position of APAC Digital IT BRM (Business Relationship Manager). And will be focusing on Link between IT & Business to work out strategy direction; build up BRM capabilities in sub-domains. Thus to strength the relationship between digital IT & Zone Business, to perform as strategy partner with key business domains.

Co-founded the global Valtech organization in 1994, Henri has 25 years of hands-on experience in business unit management, offshore delivery and Agile project management.
A seasoned sales leader himself, he has successfully managed enterprise sales and business development teams across European and APAC markets. He established Valtech’s Singapore office in 2014, and is now in charge of the APAC region management
Over his career, he has managed high-profile clients including Louis Vuitton, L’Oréal, Danone, Charles & Keith and many others.
Nick is the Vice President for Asia at Sitecore and has over 20 years of experience in the software, data and analytics markets across Asia Pacific. At Sitecore, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, sales, and the region’s GTM strategy.
