Luke has spent his entire career delivering digital projects in agency, client side and consultancy contexts. Luke is currently working with ACU as the Associate Director, Digital Experience to lead a program of digital transformation to enhance the student experience. Luke’s focus is to help organisations adapt to the digital era, delivering initiatives that better meet the needs and desires of customers. Luke has worked with organisations including Oakton, Dimension Data, Macquarie University, Flinders University, UNSW, Australian Catholic University, Toyota, Perpetual and many more. Luke is particularly passionate about helping the Australian higher education sector excel in a digital age.

Ingrid has a passion for implementing personalised digital strategies that are actionable, create efficiencies and most importantly are customer centric. Ingrid is currently Head of Digital at Australia’s largest corporate super fund, TelstraSuper, where she leads the evolution of the digital offering for the funds’ members.
