Experience Award Winner Spotlight: Deeper Dive into A few of our Winners

Helping everyday consumers become home building experts

Faisto: Best Commerce Experience, Denmark

Since 1846, Lemvigh-Müller (LM) has held rank as the largest supplier wholesaler of steel and technical installations in Denmark, but in 2018 they realized a major need in the market. There were no ecommerce sites that offered building tools and supplies to consumers, only in a business-to-business capacity. LM realized that marketing industry-specific products to the private market meant understanding this new audience persona: these were potential customers that needed more information and guidance than a professional tradesperson. Working with agency partner Alpha Solutions, Faisto leveraged both Sitecore Experience Platform and Sitecore Experience Commerce, to build an intuitive and customer-centric website, encompassing the company’s robust inventory. In just four months, Faisto increased revenue by 300%, vastly exceeding sales expectations for 2018.

What are Faisto customers in need of building tools most excited about?

Meticulously mapped navigation paths and unique insight into each customer, with smart recommendations based on preferences and behavior.

Turning the flat tire nightmare into a quick and (relatively) painless experience

Tyres4U: Most Innovative Use of Sitecore as a Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Australia

Every day, tires get us where we are going and if we have the misfortune of facing tire trouble, we really just want a speedy and reliable solution. So when automotive clubs in Australia wanted to streamline and simplify the roadside assistance model, digital-first ecommerce site, Tyre4U was the natural choice. With Sitecore Experience Platform and Experience Commerce, as well as support of our partner SWITCH, Tyres4U was the first national retailer in Australia to create a digital commerce site for tire purchases. The website made tire purchasing easy even for those with little technical background and gave customers the option to schedule service online and research products prior to purchase. The numbers speak for themselves: Tyres4U saw a 10% increase in average cart value and 48% increase in service sales conversion rate. Next, Tyres4U helped business partners like Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited build out white-label websites that delivered unique pricing and services through a single platform, automating the tire replacement process for anyone facing tire trouble.

What are tire-purchasing Australians most excited about?

Faster roadside assistance with a digital model that allows for tire selection and service booking all online, as well as a highly personalized customer experience and regular communication.

Building the community of the future with an interactive digital hub

Swire Properties: Most Innovative Use of Sitecore as a Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Hong Kong

Taikoo Place, an international commercial and leisure development managed by Swire Properties, were having a tough time attracting and retaining business tenants to its office location outside of central Hong Kong. To combat this problem, they decided to build an engaged community through a digital platform to connect and support its tenants. They were hoping to leverage digital channels (web, mobile, interactive kiosks) to provide useful information to the office communities. Working with our partner agency Tekcent and building on Sitecore Experience Manager, Taikoo Place made their digital hub of the future a reality with a seamless omni-channel experience that promoted customer engagement. The new Taikoo social app featured a compelling and interactive design, that provides customized content and recommendations to tenants. Finally, the digital transformation has led to 1,000 new registrations per month on Taikoo Social, 26,000 app downloads (87% YoY growth), 605,963 unique page views (63% YoY growth), and high scalability with enhanced automation.

What are Taikoo Place tenants most excited about?
