Steve Stathis Tzikakis is an experienced digital transformation technology leader with a strong track record for translating vision and strategy into world-class go-to-market execution, and the ability to bring together teams and ecosystems to drive rapid growth. Prior to Sitecore, he spent 13 years at SAP – the last five as President of EMEA South, Middle East, and Africa, which is an organization spanning 4,700 employees, 85 nationalities, 24 office locations, and 5 time zones. During his tenure in this role, SAP doubled its business in the region and currently has 23,000+ customers and 19,000+ partners across EMEA South. Steve’s accomplishments led him to be named by Forbes Middle East as one of the most influential executives leading global companies in the Middle East, and the top-ranked executive among technology companies.

Peter is an experienced CFO bringing over 30 years of experience in multiple global financial leadership roles to Sitecore. His appointment is part of a series of steps designed to solidify Sitecore’s readiness for continued growth towards the company’s goal of becoming a $1B USD organization by 2025. Most notably, he supported SAP’s global P&L, investor relations, as well as the listing of SAP results to the markets. He’s an absolute team player and will help drive a resilient P&L with the main objective of introducing accuracy and predictability into our financial reporting. 

Bertil’s long and successful career as a lawyer in tech law firmly focuses on large enterprise software and cloud. His cooperative and motivational style - coupled with his quick wit, flexibility, and depth of knowledge - is driving the Sitecore legal team to new heights as an innovative leader in their space, with a clear aspiration to become the most innovative legal team in the industry.

Prior to joining Sitecore, Bertil held senior leadership roles at SAP for more than two decades, spanning across countries and continents within that global legal organization. His risk-based advice on transformation strategy and business development elevated him to trusted advisor level for the firm’s executive leaders. Bertil holds a Law Degree from Ruprecht-Karls University, Heidelberg, Germany, and an Executive MBA from ESSEC, Paris, France. His accomplishments led him to be nominated into the “Legal 500 GC Power List”.

Nick brings more than 25 years of sales and operational leadership experience spanning mature and emerging markets and ecosystems to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Sitecore. In his capacity, Nick oversees corporate strategy, global field operations, Sitecore’s project management office, Enterprise Technology & security operations, post merger and acquisition integration, global system integrators & digital agency partnerships, customer support as well as knowledge & learning.

Prior to joining Sitecore, Nick served as senior vice president of sales for SAP’s Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Prior to that, he was MD of SAP Central Asia and subsequently the chief information officer at the sovereign wealth fund of Kazakhstan, where he defined and led their group digital transformation across the $60 billion group of businesses.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Lee leads Sitecore’s Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services to drive a unified approach to revenue generation across the entire customer lifecycle. He joined Sitecore in early 2021 from Red Hat, where he most recently served as vice president of the Central Europe Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region supporting customers’ cloud journeys and leading his team to quadruple revenue growth in five years. His experience also includes serving as regional director, Middle East, Turkey and India at Infor and general manager Telco, EMEA, at SAP.

Rohinee brings a unique blend of technology leadership and practitioner expertise across enterprise, mid-size, and startup teams. Before Sitecore, Ms. Mohindroo led the modernization of global Technology Professional Services operating models and offerings at Genpact, and Amelia, an IPsoft Company. Prior to that, as CIO at Rakuten Advertising, she was responsible for business hypergrowth by stabilizing and scaling acquired technology platforms and teams. Rohinee has also founded Dyjit, a product incubator, and gives back as an executive coach. At Sitecore, Rohinee is responsible for business solutions, IT operations, IT security, and IT programs.

Dave is a successful product leader and entrepreneur with 20 years' experience building enterprise products in multiple industries including financial services, telecom and travel. Most recently he was CEO and Co-Founder of Boxever, before it was acquired by Sitecore, where he created a market-leading CDP and personalization platform that enabled global brands to transform their customer engagement using data and AI. Prior to founding Boxever, he led R&D at an airline e-commerce company delivering retail and merchandising solutions to some of the world’s leading airlines. Dave holds a BA in Mathematics and MSc in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and is passionate about building high-performing teams that create products that delight customers.

It isn’t every human resource executive who can transform an HR organization to help lead through a high-level of activity and engagement while integrating augmented strategies to help position a company for further growth. But this is Kim Sullivan’s signature offering in her extensive career which has included a special mix of strong business acumen and the desire to develop people, while identifying the business drivers and complex issues of every organization she’s worked with. Kim is passionate about elevating HR team performance to ensure people and culture strategies enable a company’s value agenda. She comes to us from Concentrix where she was the Chief People Officer. She holds a master’s degree in HR development from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and organizational psychology from Texas Southern University.

Nasos oversees all engineering aspects for current and future products, including development, architecture, quality assurance, cloud engineering, and shared services while leading multiple global teams. He brings over 15 years of experience as a CTO and more than 25 years leading software engineering, product, user experience, and operations teams. Nasos has worked in diverse technology industries, including e-commerce, mobile, financial platforms, imaging/photography, software/hardware products, and telecommunications. He has a passion for innovation and has collaborated and authored several patents.

Amar is a successful technology entrepreneur and product and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building large-scale companies. Most recently, he was CEO and founder of Reflektion, which was acquired by Sitecore in 2021. At Reflektion, Amar created a marketing-leading, AI-powered search technology and customer engagement platform used by leading global brands. Prior to founding Reflektion, Amar spent 11 years in key leadership roles at Google. Amar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Mark is an accomplished entrepreneurial technology leader with 30 years’ experience building enterprise software and technology services businesses. Most recently he was CEO and Co-Founder of Four51, before it was acquired by Sitecore, where he led the development of a market-leading, MACH-certified, B2B e-commerce platform that highlights the capabilities of composable commerce for complex global enterprises. Mark holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College, and revels in disrupting markets and industries by enabling teams to look beyond today's requirements, delivering beyond what customers expect.

During a 20-year career at Microsoft, Jonas led the company’s transition to a cloud-first, mobile-first business model in Sweden by re-shaping the organization, building organizational capabilities and hiring the right leaders to manage the transformation. He held several senior executive positions at Microsoft in Europe, most recently as CEO of Microsoft Sweden. There, Jonas led more than 700 people and generated close to $1 billion in yearly revenue from traditional software sales, cloud and devices sales, as well as from consulting services. He now sits on the board of several influential companies and is a key advisor to Sitecore as chairman of the company's board.

Craig Conway served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Conway also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of One Touch Systems from 1996 to 1999 and TGV Software from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Conway held executive management positions at a variety of leading technology companies, including Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation. In addition to Sitecore, Mr. Conway currently serves as a director of Salesforce.com, Nutanix, and Guidewire. He has also served as a director of Pegasystems, Success Factors, Advanced Micro Devices, and others. Mr. Conway received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Brockport.

Bjarne is the founder of Sitecore North America. In 2004, he created Sitecore’s North America presence and grew it to over 200 people in five office locations in the US and Canada and over $100 million in revenue. During this time, he also established and built up Sitecore’s partner program. In 2017 he moved to a primary role as Customer Evangelist, and as of 2018, he joined the Sitecore Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of directors at Cognigy. Prior to Sitecore, Bjarne founded and led an educational travel company for American and Japanese students, before setting sail around the world with family for almost three years.

Bert Janssens joined EQT AB in September 2015. Prior to joining EQT AB he worked at Venturebay, a start-up incubator, and BCG in Belgium, followed by 8 years at Warburg Pincus in London, in their TMT and Business Services sector team. Bert holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical and Mechatronical Engineering, a Postgraduate in Finance from the University of Leuven (KUL) in Belgium, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Marjorie Lao was Executive VP and CFO of the LEGO Group from 2017-20, with overall responsibility for finance, legal, compliance and risk management, government and public affairs, and social and environmental responsibility. She’s also held leadership positions with Cisco, McKinsey & Company, and Proctor & Gamble. In addition to Sitecore, Ms. Lao is currently Vice-Chairperson and a member of the Supervisory Board of MYT Netherlands (mytheresa.com), and a member of the Board of Directors of Logitech and Modern Times Group (MTG). She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Darren Roos has been the spearhead of IFS as CEO since April 2018. Fearless in challenging the status quo, he’s at the front of its vision of stable growth through authenticity and integrity. With a belief in being resilient, resourceful and putting problem-solving to the fore, he’s overseen the advancement of the company’s position in Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Resource Planning.

Darren’s career building global software businesses spans over 20 years. He previously served as President of SAP’s global ERP Cloud business, with prior roles as General Manager of Northern Europe and Chief Operating Officer of EMEA for the company. Darren also was formerly the President of EMEA, APJ, LATAM at Software AG, during which time he also served on Software AG’s Group Executive Board.

Carsten Thoma is an enterprise software entrepreneur and visionary who has helped shape the technological shift of an entire industry with Hybris, a company he co-founded and sold to SAP in 2013 in a multibillion-dollar transaction. Thoma was most recently President at SAP Hybris, where he successfully integrated Hybris into SAP, and was critical to SAP’s successful paradigm shift in moving to the cloud and into the services business. Thoma brings a wealth of relevant experience to the board of Sitecore. He also serves on the board of Celonis.

Matteo Thun joined EQT Partners in 2011.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Matteo worked at J.P. Morgan in London where he was part of the Diversified Industries & Transportation Advisory Group.

Matteo holds an M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and an M.Sc. in Management from HEC Paris.
