As a Mindfulness Coach, Erin works with organisations to design and introduce mindfulness-based initiatives and interventions as a preventative approach to mental health, as well as encourage a culture of wellness at the workplace. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in improving their mental health and wellbeing, and developing skills of mindful awareness and self-regulation for better resilience, mental flexibility and emotional balance, through the integration of attentional skills in both personal and professional lives. Erin founded Take A Pause, a regular online mindfulness practice community, as well as co-initiated The Big Sit, a global community that inspires the use of urban spaces for the collective practice of mindfulness and the fostering of good mental health.
Serving as Senior Director, Customer Success, APJ at Sitecore, John has extensive experience in building high-performance customer-focused multi-national technical teams throughout the APAC and Japan region that have provided a significant market advantage and best in class business results. John has been recognised as a Customer Success Thought Leader having been voted into the Top 100 Customer Success Strategist for 2021. He has several industry certifications in Customer Success, Customer Experience, ITIL and Project Management. He also mentors on Customer Success which is something he is very passionate about.
Chris has built a 25-year career in the software industry after wisely changing from Fine Arts to Information Systems at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Thanks to a development and teaching background, Sales Engineering became his focus in 2006 with Endeca out of Cambridge, MA. Since then he has spent time with Salesforce, Oracle, Qlik, Yottaa and most recently Reflektion in individual contributor and leadership roles. His expertise is rooted in improving the user experience through Enterprise Search, Commerce, Business Intelligence, Site Performance and Content Management. He lives in Chicago, IL with his 15-year-old son and trusty Labrador.
