Nashville Electric Service improved engagement with Sitecore

One of the 12 largest utilities in the nation, Nashville Electric Service (NES) distributes power to all of Nashville and Davidson County, and six surrounding counties, covering 700 square miles. A key project for the NES was an overhaul of the customer experience on their public website: nespower.com. The project redesigned the city's power company with system integrations and a fresh UI.
