USS empowered 460,000 members to seamlessly self-serve with Sitecore

USS is the largest private pension scheme in the UK. To support the aim of increasing member self-service and enhancing CSAT scores, the organization needed a solution that would enable their digital team to provide members with a streamlined and cohesive journey, enabling easy access to information and account management for 460,000 members. The member portal (My USS) is built on the Sitecore DXP, hosted on Azure, and integrates with complex back-end administrative systems and 340 institutions.
