Sitecore has teamed up with The R&A and Delete to share The Open digital transformation project, which is this year’s winner of the ‘Ultimate Sitecore Experience' and 'Best Business Impact or Return on Investment' awards.
The R&A appointed Delete to define their digital strategy and deliver a multi phased approach. They wanted to create a reimagined, mobile first, digital experience for fans of this prestigious tournament, and a powerful marketing tool for the brand.
The webinar will cover multiple phases including the new mobile first ticketing system, the year-round website mode and the live event website mode featuring the leader board, the tee times, the live coverage and the live blog for the actual event.
Kevin is an experienced leader in data and digital having worked across areas such as digital strategy, digital marketing, design, development and CRM and data management.
Currently Head of Data and Digital Infrastructure for one of the world's most prestigious sporting events, The Open Championship. This role involves developing the digital and data strategies across The R&A, budget management of operational costs and projects and management of numerous third party agencies and internal stakeholders.
Heading up Delete's Product Design team, Louis works closely with clients to uncover business, customer and market insights that set the direction for Digital Product Strategies and then oversees the creation of the interfaces that deliver on this. Louis has worked across a renowned portfolio of clients including The Open, Southampton FC, Confused.com and Allianz Insurance.
