Peter leads the 30+ strong technology team at Rufus Leonard. Peter is responsible for providing properly engineered technology solutions that deliver the promise of experience teams. He has two decades of experience delivering digital solutions, in-house, for some of the UK's biggest and best-known brands such as The Gym Group, British Red Cross & Stagecoach Group.
Vanita leads the User Experience team at Rufus Leonard, embedding lean working & CXO across the agency and playing a key role in shaping clients’ customer centric approach to user experience and service design. She specializes in experience modelling to deliver measurable value. Beginning her career as a Business Analyst, Vanita went on to lead a number of UX teams across award-winning agencies and digital businesses. Since joining Rufus, Vanita has led multichannel, innovative programmes for The Gym Group, WWF and Royal Mail.
Liam is an experienced sales engineer. Day to day he enables and empowers business' to drive a more compelling and personalised customer experience by becoming the trusted advisor for their DXP technology. Liam has previously worked with a number of Sitecore customers and partners, before finding his calling at Sitecore. The L'Oréal digital transformation project is one of his biggest accomplishments and one of Sitecore's best case studies. When he's not working you can find him either mountain biking through the southeast countryside or enjoying numerous water sports.
