Sitecore growing through strategic acquisitions
The addition of Moosend’s marketing automation platform complements Boxever’s CDP and Four51’s B2B headless commerce solution
Strengthening our DXP leadership
Sitecore has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Moosend and expand our industry-leading digital marketing offerings, while also accelerating our delivery of the first truly integrated, SaaS-based digital experience platform. Moosend’s intelligent marketing automation and campaign management platform broadens Sitecore’s ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences across marketing interactions, throughout the full scope of the journey, from a single platform.
The acquisition, along with the deals for Boxever and Four51 announced in March, is part of Sitecore’s $1.2 billion growth plan. They underscore our commitment to invest in a product roadmap that delivers faster innovation. For customers, this means expanded offerings, less upfront investment, automatic upgrades, and dramatically quicker time to value.
