Approximately half of Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants are franchise-owned. Prior to digital transformation, the lack of a unified content management system (CMS) had many URLS—with differing presentations and content—competing with one another for search engine optimization (SEO).
Not all optimized for mobile or tablet, the sites made it difficult to book reservations on the go. Not only did this make it difficult for guests to book, it also meant that Ruth’s had to manage two different website platforms. Content updates required agency intervention, entailing costs and delays. Ruth’s worked with Sitecore partner Huge to architect and implement a new digital platform.
