  • Which products do I need certification for Support Portal access?

    Customers with Content Hub, Sitecore Experience Manager, Sitecore Experience Platform, and Sitecore Commerce will need a certified developer or administrator to create support cases.

  • How can I purchase a subscription?

    Purchase subscriptions on the Sitecore Learning platform via credit card for one or more users. Or contact your account manager to include this training as part of a sales order.

  • What is the main difference between the Professional and Professional Plus learning subscription?

    The Professional subscription is designed for any role that needs a basic understanding of our three Sitecore Solution pillars (Content Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Engagement Cloud) with one instructor-led training class in Web Experience Manager. The Professional Plus subscription provides a choice of instructor-led training and a certification voucher.

  • Where can I find the latest schedule of instructor-led classes?

    The most up to date schedule will always be found on the Sitecore Learning platform.

  • I have both technical and functional (business) users who will need to be trained on Sitecore. What’s the best training for them?

    The eLearning is available for 12 months from the date of enrollment. However, you can always renew your subscription.

    Once enrolled, you can expect to receive your voucher code with registration instructions via email within 2 weeks.

  • How long is my Certification voucher valid for?

    Your certification voucher is valid for 12 months.
