Welcome to CS101: Mastering Personalization

This course has been designed to help you plan for and make progress with Sitecore’s full suite of marketing and personalization tools.

The material is designed for anyone working with Sitecore and has content for both marketing and technical teams.

There is a range of materials including videos, animations, practical PDFs to download and a resources section for further support.

There are 4 modules – and you can pick and choose from the topics that interest you. There is no requirement to do the full course, although we recommend all learners look at the Getting Started section.

Getting Started: This section sets the scene for best practice personalization planning, avoid common pitfalls and work collaboratively with all the right stakeholders.

Technical planning: This covers our recommendations for technical set up and planning – get the infrastructure right and create the right foundations for future marketing plans.

Marketing preparation: This section is geared towards the marketing planners and digital technologists who want to know how to plan and use the Sitecore marketing tools from profile and persona creation to creating engagement values.

Resources: This section will then guide you to our online guides and resources, how to guides, how to videos and next steps for putting your personalization plans in place.

We hope this course helps to fill in the gaps that many of our customers tell us they have, and answers the questions many customers have about how to progress their use of the Sitecore platform.
