3 phases to a smooth transition
The XP/XM Migration Navigator package starts with an assessment of your current state – we will complete a thorough analysis of your existing XP/XM solution and produce a report with findings on any customizations and extended functionality that need to be taken into account during the move to SitecoreAI CMS.
In this phase, we will involve ourselves in your and your implementation partner’s migration efforts. We provide Advisory Services and Assurance Activities, including a Go-Live Readiness Report prior to your launch.
During this 30 day period after your first Go-Live, every ticket raised by either you or your partner will have its Severity raised to at least a P2 level. This assumes no critical issues are uncovered in the Go-Live Readiness Report.
