Eric Stine is the Chief Executive Officer of Sitecore, driving the company's vision and strategy to unlock business value for clients by empowering them to create compelling digital experiences. Eric was previously Chief Operating Officer, where he led all customer-facing functions.
Before Sitecore, Eric was Chief Executive Officer of Elemica. Previously, he was Chief Commercial Officer of Skillsoft and Chief Revenue Officer of Qualtrics. Eric has also held executive roles at companies such as SAP, Ciber, and Blackboard.
Eric earned a law degree at Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts at Northwestern University, where he and his husband are the founders of the Eric and Neil Stine-Markman Scholarships. They are the first permanent endowments at either institution directing funds toward LGBTQ+ students.
He is based near New York City.
Michael Bannon
Michael Bannon is President and Chief Administrative Officer at Sitecore, leading finance, legal, people, enterprise technology, and corporate strategy for Sitecore.
He was previously President and CFO of Typeform, a SaaS provider of form and survey solutions. Before that, he was President and CFO of MessageBird (now known as Bird), an AI-driven CRM company. Michael was the first CFO of Improbable, which he helped to rapidly scale globally. Earlier in his career, he was an investor at investment firm TPG. He started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.
Michael has raised more than $1.5 billion of capital as an operator and invested over $2 billion of capital as an investor.
He earned his MBA at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and BS at Duke University. Originally from the US, Michael is now based in London.

Dave Tilbury is an accomplished growth leader with a track record of delivering strong market performance and reshaping how organisations sell and succeed. With over 20 years of global business experience, Dave helps clients transform their brand, commercial outcomes and customer impact.
As EVP and Chief Sales Officer at Capgemini, Dave led the Sales, Marketing & Product teams for the Cloud business. Under his leadership, it became a growth engine, consistently delivering sustained double-digit performance. Dave helped clients fast-track the adoption of Generative AI, embed automation across their operations, and redefine how their brands are experienced by customers.
Dave is known for reinvigorating and motivating sales teams, creating environments where people thrive, careers progress, and high performance becomes the standard. Under Dave’s leadership his teams are competitive, curious, and clear on what success looks like. He fosters a culture where the balance of accountability and support go hand in hand.
Before Capgemini, Dave held senior leadership roles at Atos, where he led major sales teams and played a key role in Mergers and Acquisitions and large-scale organisational change. He helped shape digital-first offerings and integrate complex acquisitions across multiple regions. Earlier in his career, he worked in client-facing roles at boutique consultancies.
Dave works globally and has developed high-performing teams across both onshore and offshore locations. As a long-standing sponsor of diversity and inclusion activity in the workplace Dave believes in cultivating teams that reflect the communities and markets they serve.
Based in the UK, Dave lives with his wife and two children.
Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek (BB) is the Chief Marketing Officer at Sitecore, where she leads a global team of marketers who are redefining what’s possible in modern marketing. Together, they’re putting the power of generative and agentic AI to work – creating digital experiences that connect people and possibilities across the globe.
Michelle is a trailblazer in bringing AI into marketing. At IBM, she served first as Global Head of B2B Marketing at the Weather Company, and then as CMO of IBM Watson, the company’s pioneering AI platform. There, she served as the steward of the Watson brand, helping the world understand how AI can transform both work and life.
Since then, she’s become a Fellow at the Marketing Academy, a founding member of CMO Huddles, and has held CMO roles at both Skillsoft and IDC. At IDC, Michelle reimagined marketing as a strategic growth engine, launching a bold new brand identity, spearheading the company’s first GenAI initiatives, and aligning brand, demand, and strategy to drive global impact.
Michelle is a frequent speaker on marketing leadership, AI, and purpose-led growth. A lifelong learner, she’s also a runner, rescue dog mom, and dark roast devotee. Her best ideas rarely arrive in a meeting, but often hit mid-stride or mid-walk.
Danny Robinson
As CTO, Danny leads and oversees the global engineering teams and the technology for all current and future products, including innovation, development, architecture, and quality of service. He is a 20-year technology veteran with deep technical knowledge and product experience across MarTech and CRM SaaS organizations. He has held roles as CTO, VP Engineering, VP Product, and Chief Architect at several software companies. Prior to joining Sitecore in 2022, Danny was CTO of Thunderhead where he built a ground-up R&D, Support & SaaS Operations organization leading to an acquisition by Medallia.

Darren Roos is a proven technology leader with a track record for transforming and rapidly scaling global software businesses. Having held CEO and President positions at some of the world’s most respected technology businesses, he is now Chairman for IFS, ThinkProject, and Sitecore.
Prior to his non-executive Board roles, Roos was CEO for IFS where under his tenure, the company tripled its revenues and transformed into a true Cloud business. He previously served as President of SAP’s global ERP Cloud business, and before that was President of EMEA, APJ, LATAM at Software AG, where he also served on Software AG’s Group Executive Board. With a passion on making an impact and giving back, Roos founded innerwings.org – a charity focused on helping girls build confidence and leadership skills.
Bjarne is the founder of Sitecore North America. In 2004, he created Sitecore’s North America presence and grew it to over 200 people in five office locations in the US and Canada and over $100 million in revenue. During this time, he also established and built up Sitecore’s partner program. In 2017 he moved to a primary role as Customer Evangelist, and as of 2018, he joined the Sitecore Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of directors at Cognigy. Prior to Sitecore, Bjarne founded and led an educational travel company for American and Japanese students, before setting sail around the world with family for almost three years.
Christian Shin Høegh Andersen is a Partner at EQT Group. Christian joined EQT in 2012. Prior to joining EQT he worked at McKinsey & Company. Christian holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
Maggie is the Chief Operating Officer at Normative, a carbon accounting platform, which enables enterprises to calculate their carbon footprints and engage their supply chains to reduce their emissions to net zero. She has extensive international experience building fast-growth digital businesses. Before joining Normative, Maggie was Chief Business Officer at SAP Customer Success Services and previously led SAPs Innovation Services and Solutions business. She was Chief Revenue Officer for Capgemini’s Digital business, led sales, markets and industries for their Digital Customer Experience business, and served as Director of Global Cloud Sales at Fujitsu. Maggie is a Non-Executive Director at Spirent Communications and serves on the Women's Committee of the Chartered Management Institute. Maggie holds a Master of Letters and a BBS Lang in Business and French from Trinity College, Dublin.
Marjorie Lao was Executive VP and CFO of the LEGO Group from 2017-20, with overall responsibility for finance, legal, compliance and risk management, government and public affairs, and social and environmental responsibility. She’s also held leadership positions with Cisco, McKinsey & Company, and Proctor & Gamble. In addition to Sitecore, Ms. Lao is currently Vice-Chairperson and a member of the Supervisory Board of MYT Netherlands (mytheresa.com), and a member of the Board of Directors of Logitech and Modern Times Group (MTG). She also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Michael Ouissi is Group COO for IGT1, the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave and a board member at Sitecore and Thinkproject bringing market and commercial expertise. In his IGT1 role Michael leads the organizational unit focused on the growth of our acquired companies and the IFS M&A strategies. Under his leadership, the team will enable IFS to scale and grow at pace, while simultaneously driving success in our core business.
Prior to joining IFS, as COO, Michael worked for more than a decade at Software AG, where he was most recently a member of the Group Executive Board responsible for Customer Engagement Excellence. Michael holds an MBA from Manchester University and an economics degree from the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund.
As Chief Digital & Information Officer at IGT1 the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave, Sal leads the IFS M&A integration planning as well as ensuring the ongoing digital and technology transformation that will support and enable the growth of the acquired companies. Sal is also a board member at Sitecore. Previously Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) at IFS, were he led the digitization and transformation of IFS as well as being accountability for IFS Facilities and IFS Procurement globally. A technology leader with more than 38 years’ experience, Sal was SAP’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) S/4HANA Cloud and SMB prior to joining IFS. He has also held senior technology and CIO roles at Eskom, ABSA Bank, ICL Fujitsu, Capita Group, CSC and Rolls-Royce.

Jane is a proven software executive with a track record for building and cultivating high performing teams at some of the world’s most respected technology companies. Leading from the front and living by her values of transparency, trust and collaboration, she has accelerated the growth and improved the performance at both fast-growing and large technology organizations. Jane now advises Boards and coaches executives to ensure they make the most of their most valued asset: their people. Prior to her advisory work, Jane was CHRO at IFS where she supported the business triple in size. Before that, Jane was the HR leader for the European Services and Consulting business at SAP, and before that she worked for more than 24 years at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Oliver is responsible for IFS’s global marketing, demand generation and communications activities. With his team, he is on a mission to increase the company’s visibility, as well as attract and retain a loyal IFS following. Oliver’s experience spans founding and scaling start-ups, through to leadership roles at several global technology companies. He is a Board Advisor for both Sitecore as well as The Athletics Association. Oliver holds an MBA from London Business School.
Dave is an experienced CEO, product leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years' experience building enterprise products in multiple industries including financial services, telecom, and travel. Most recently, he was Chief Product Officer of Sitecore since the acquisition of his company, Boxever, in March of 2021. He’s been instrumental in driving Sitecore’s growth and product portfolio, bringing their next-gen Composable DXP to market, as well as leading innovations around Sitecore’s powerful AI capabilities. Prior to founding Boxever, he led R&D at an airline e-commerce company delivering retail and merchandising solutions to some of the world’s leading airlines. Dave holds a BA in Mathematics and MSc in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and is passionate about building high-performing teams that create products that delight customers.
