Frequently asked questions
Partner360 is a success plan designed to support partners in their use of Sitecore products through all the stages of the customer lifecycle.
Each Partner360 engagement runs for a minimum of one year.
Partner360 Credits come in bundles of 132 Credits per year i.e., 11 Credits per month. A single bundle would be enough to support two partner resources.
The Premium Support component of Partner360 is for use on software that you have purchased for your own internal R&D or for use on Sitecore hosted software.
