El Ganadores del premio Ultimate Experience Award 2020 son:
- "Las conexiones humanas más impactantes en un mundo cambiante": Medicina Johns Hopkins y TBG (El Berndt Group) for delivering timely, accurate coronavirus information online, showcasing expertise y engaging the public in a rapidly changing environment.
- "Las conexiones humanas más impactantes en un mundo cambiante": EPA Victoria y Deloitte Digital for providing a real-time, localized resource for environmental data y information, y becoming a beacon of trust for residents during Australia’s 2019 bushfire crisis.
- "Optimización de contenido más inteligente": Motocicletas Triumph y Dpto. for making connections between consumer motivations, content y functionality to build better human connections y personalized content.
- "Mejor Innovación con Tecnologías Emergentes": Casa Soho y EPAM for improving member experiences y fostering creativity y connections leveraging its website y digital content, heightening digital engagement for a traditionally location-based organization.
- "Implementación más sofisticada": Alquiler de Coates y Cambiar for swiftly implementing digital transactions y improved hire services y functionality from brick-and-mortar operations, enabling the company to cut costs, expy its customer base y deliver better ROI.
