HSBCコマーシャルバンキング uses relationship managers and digital capabilities to connect businesses with opportunities by: meeting customers’ financial needs, providing trade and treasury services, and enabling access to products and services. Analog Folk created a new customer-centric and data-led experience to start learning customer behaviors, in order to determine future product releases and new content development — ultimately positioning HSBCコマーシャルバンキング as a partner to SME businesses and corporates.
