シュルガード is the largest owner and operator of self-storage centers in Europe, active in both B2C and B2B. The company rents out storage space in over 240 locations in 7 countries. While its rental process can be initiated online (unit reservation), signing and paying contracts still primarily took place in-store. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, シュルガード had to rapidly digitalize its rental process so that visitors could complete their storage unit rentals online (“e-rental”).
