How to create a standout speaker submission for Sitecore Symposium 2026

AI may be rewiring marketing, but it can’t replace your experience or perspective. And that’s exactly what we want to hear.

By Marissa Dresnek.

3 minute read

As AI evolves, the brands leading the way are using it to rethink how marketing works.

That’s the focus of Sitecore Symposium 2026.

This November 10-12, we’ll be exploring how leading organizations are moving from AI experimentation to confident, stategic action.

Want to be part of the agenda? We’re inviting you to share your experiences and power the conversation by submitting a proposal for a breakout presentation, demo, fireside chat, or workshop.

As part of your submission, you’ll be asked to choose one of our four session tracks and up to five topics that align with your proposal.

What makes a submission stand out?

The strongest submissions don’t just describe a project. They tell an engaging story.

When creating your submission, you should include:

  • The challenge you faced
  • The decisions you made
  • The outcomes you achieved

And most importantly, tell your story in a way that feels real, specific, and grounded in experience.

Tell the story only YOU can tell

This year’s theme is about transformation and real change.

That means your submission should offer:

  • A clear point of view on how marketing is evolving for your organization
  • A first-hand perspective on what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Insight into how you’re turning experimentation into strategic action

The most compelling entries don’t try to sound perfect. They show what actually happened, the lessons learned, and the challenges that made the wins even sweeter.

Be original in both thinking and voice

AI is central to this year’s conversation. But our judging panel won’t be impressed by the most polished stories. They’re looking for authenticity.

Your submissions should:

  • Be written in a distinct, human voice
  • Reflect your own perspective and experience
  • Feel thoughtful and original
  • Avoid generic, high-level language in favor of real insight

The more unique and original your submission, the stronger chance you have at securing a place on the agenda.

Focus on real, measurable impact

At Symposium, great ideas matter. But results matter more.

Your story should clearly demonstrate:

  • What changed as a result of your project
  • How Sitecore solutions were used to drive that change
  • What outcomes you delivered, with measurable results where possible

This is what brings your story credibility and what helps it resonate with the audience.

Show how you’re moving from experimentation to action

Make your submission count

Submissions for Call for Speakers are open June 11 - July 2, 2026.

Submissions for the Digital Impact Awards are open June 11 - July 10, 2026.

Get started

AI experimentation is a given, but few organizations are scaling it successfully.

The submissions that stand out will show:

  • How you’ve moved beyond testing and pilots
  • How you’ve operationalized AI in your marketing workflows
  • How you’re driving consistent, repeatable outcomes
