Scalable content delivery for 114 markets
As part of its digital transformation, Kimberly Clark has launched 108 new brand websites based on Sitecore XP, in partnership with digital consultant Avanade. This has included sites for brands such as Huggies, Kotex, and KIRA across EMEA and APJ, as well as in the US.
With scalable and reusable brand components created within the Sitecore solution, Kimberly Clark’s digital teams can quickly and efficiently create and publish new content. Relevant products are displayed to customers based on their website journey, making it 40% faster for users to find what they’re looking for. By consolidating on the Sitecore platform, the company has broken down silos and has the scalability to deliver Content as a Service (CaaS) for up to 114 markets.

With best-in-class digital experiences built on Sitecore, Kimberly Clark has been able to improve customer engagement, resulting in a 20% reduction in bounce rates and 300% increase in returning site visits.
Kimberly Clark has launched more than 40 new campaigns and promotions across brands so far in 2023, which has contributed to a 34% increase in new site visits.
In addition to these enhancements to the customer experience, the company has also made significant gains in efficiency and productivity for teams creating web pages, enabling a 50% reduction in the time taken to rollout new sites. With Sitecore XP, Kimberly Clark has been able to reduce maintenance costs, enable efficient development cycles, enhance flexibility and speed in reaching markets, and boost conversion rates.
