Sitecore Appoints Joey Lim as Asia-Pacific and Japan President to Drive Growth in Regional Operations
Experienced enterprise technology leader tapped to lead Sitecore’s regional APAC and Japan business
Singapore, December 16, – Sitecore® the global leader in digital experience management software, today announced it has appointed Joey Lim to lead it’s Asia-Pacific and Japan operations.
The appointment of Lim strengthens Sitecore’s presence in the APJ region and is part of the company’s ambitions to grow aggressively in the wake of the US$1.2 billion funding secured in January. Her new role will see Lim lead fast-growing teams across the region, enabling organisations to digitise their content, commerce and digital operations.

Singapore-based Lim will report to Sitecore’s global chief revenue officer Monte Wilson. She will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and growth for Sitecore in the region.
Prior to joining Sitecore, Lim was VP of Commercialization at Lark, a ByteDance business unit, providing collaboration and communications software to enterprise customers. In that role, Lim set up Lark’s APAC business (with focus on ASEAN, India and Japan), and ran Lark’s marketing and demand generation, business development, and channel operations. She was formerly the Sales Director, ASEAN, for cloud computing provider ServiceNow from 2014 to 2019, and has also worked in corporate sales for Salesforce.

Lim is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She was regional winner of the Entrepreneur category in the Women’s ICT Awards 2021, organized by Channel Asia, an IDG publication.
