2023 Sitecore Experience Award Winners Announced in EMEA

London, 18 October 2023  – Sitecore®, a global leader in end-to-end digital experience software, today announces the European winners of the Sitecore Experience Awards (SEAs).

The SEA awards celebrate brands and their partners across the EMEA region in six categories: Best Experience Transformation, Best Use of Data to Connect the Experience, Most Powerful Tech Stack Integration, Best Content Management Modernisation, Best Commerce Experience and Best Leadership in an Experience Transformation. These winners are cited by judges for using Sitecore’s SaaS-based product portfolio in the most innovative and impactful ways.

The winners named in the EMEA region include:

• BDR Thermea, supported by partner Avanade & Accenture won the Best Experience Transformation Award for its use of Sitecore XM Cloud to increase site visits and internal productivity, which is expected to result in huge cost savings.
  
• BDR Thermea then went on to win Best Leadership in an Experience Transformation presented to its Digital Strategy Lead Matt Allmark, for his brilliant leadership through the company’s digital transformation.
  
• Kerzner International, alongside partners RelevantEdge ApS and Include, celebrates winning Best Use of Data to Connect the Experience for increasing conversations with its target audience and delivering more content to a larger audience.
  
• Thule Group, with its partner Consid, is awarded Most Powerful Tech Stack Integration thanks to its use of Sitecore technology to create its new direct-to-consumer e-commerce and digital customer engagement platform in 11 markets and counting.
  
• L’Oreal wins Best Content Management Modernisation for its innovative use of Sitecore to implement AI solutions at scale.
• The Best Commerce Experience award goes to Emirates NBD in partnership with Horizontal Digital for transforming performance of its mobile banking app, More from Emirates NBD using Sitecore technology to deliver higher revenue, traffic, and downloads.
• Sitecore presented the Judges’ Choice Award to Miral. Alongside partner Horizontal Digital, Miral was chosen due to its strong leadership team and cross-organizational digital transformation projects driving better conversion rates, improved customer experiences, and an increased site visits.
