Sitecore Strengthens its Leadership Team with New Appointments
Promotes C-Suite Members and Adds to Board
San Francisco, March 18, 2024 – Sitecore®,a global leader in end-to-end digital experience software, today announces three new promotions within its C-Suite as well as three new appointments to its board of directors.
Roger Connolly has been promoted to chief product officer (CPO) at Sitecore, where he previously excelled as vice president of product management. With more than five years at Sitecore, Connolly spearheaded the team behind the company’s content solutions, propelling Sitecore’s content-led portfolio to new heights. Connolly’s leadership fostered groundbreaking content management solutions for leading brands such as L’Oreal and United Airlines and played a pivotal role in the debut of Sitecore's innovative hybrid headless CMS. This new CMS is transforming the collaboration between marketers and technologists, setting new standards for delivering exceptional digital experiences for visionary brands and leaders.
Danny Robinson, formerly vice president of product management for Engagement Cloud has been named chief technology officer (CTO). Robinson’s team was responsible for the commercial success of Sitecore Personalize, named a Leader in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant® for Personalization Engines. Robinson previously held the role of CTO at Thunderhead, now Medallia, pioneering the creation of the customer journey orchestration market.
Rohinee Mohindroo, now expands her role to chief digital & information officer (CDIO), where she will continue her work of strengthening the digital backbone required for Sitecore’s continued growth. Under Mohindroo’s leadership, Sitecore has made significant strides in privacy and security, including progress towards HIPAA-readiness for certain cloud products as well receiving and renewing industry-specific certifications such as TISAX (manufacturing) and IRAP (Australian Government).

The new Sitecore board appointments include Christian Shin Høegh Andersen, Michael Ouissi, and Sal Laher.
Christian Shin Høegh Andersen is a partner at EQT Group. Christian joined EQT in 2012. Prior to joining EQT he worked at McKinsey & Company. Andersen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
In addition to joining the Sitecore Board, Michael Ouissi, is currently Group COO for IGT1, the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave and a board member at Thinkproject. Prior to joining IFS, as COO, Michael worked for more than a decade at Software AG, where he was most recently a member of the Group Executive Board responsible for Customer Engagement Excellence.
Sitecore’s final new board member, Sal Laher is currently chief digital & information officer at IGT1, the holding entity of IFS and WorkWave. Laher Is a technology leader with more than 38 years’ experience, including SAP’s chief operating officer (COO) S/4HANA Cloud and SMB prior to joining IFS. Laher has also held senior technology and CIO roles at Eskom, ABSA Bank, ICL Fujitsu, Capita Group, CSC, and Rolls-Royce.
