AI technology is the foundation of an intelligent DXP. Thoughtfully and securely embedded throughout DXP products, an intelligent DXP provides comprehensive, AI-driven content and experience delivery solutions across the marketing lifecycle.
This is accomplished by converting raw data for things like brand guidelines or assets into knowledge by making it semantically searchable, enriching it and aggregating it. From there, we ground commercially off-the-shelf models based on anonymized data in a secure and responsible way.

Our AI features, like most modern AI systems, are comprised of three components: a model, context/model grounding, and a prompt. We currently use a collection of off-the-shelf models such as OpenAI’s GPT-4 and open-source models like CLIP. We have not performed any additional training or fine-tuning on these models.
