What’s different about the Expert and Assurance components in the Sitecore360 Pro tier?
In the Sitecore360 Pro tier, your Technical Account Manager can provide expert advice as part of your ongoing relationship, and can also perform or facilitate Assurance Activities from our Activities list. In the Sitecore360 Standard and Plus tiers, the Expert component is provided via a portal where your questions are assigned to an individual from our global team, and the Assure component is delivered using a Points system, where you have a number of Points to spend on Activities of your choosing. -
How are my entitlements (Learning Seats, Expert Hours, Assure Points, TAM Hours) calculated?
Your entitlements depend on the size of your license. The bigger your license, the bigger your entitlements. -
What if I want more of a particular entitlement?
You can purchase additional entitlements if you feel you don’t have enough entitlements for your needs. -
