  • What is Sitecore 360?

    Sitecore360 is a customer success plan designed to meet the unique needs of your business.
  • How long is a Sitecore360 engagement?

    Each Sitecore360 engagement is associated with a particular product license, so it starts when your license starts and runs for the duration of the license lifecycle. 
  • Can my Solution Partner take advantage of Sitecore360?

    Absolutely. Your implementation partner can tap into all the benefits of any of the Sitecore360 components.
  • What’s different about the Expert and Assurance components in the Sitecore360 Pro tier?

    In the Sitecore360 Pro tier, your Technical Account Manager can provide expert advice as part of your ongoing relationship, and can also perform or facilitate Assurance Activities from our Activities list. In the Sitecore360 Standard and Plus tiers, the Expert component is provided via a portal where your questions are assigned to an individual from our global team, and the Assure component is delivered using a Points system, where you have a number of Points to spend on Activities of your choosing.  
  • How are my entitlements (Learning Seats, Expert Hours, Assure Points, TAM Hours) calculated?

    Your entitlements depend on the size of your license. The bigger your license, the bigger your entitlements.
  • What if I want more of a particular entitlement?

    You can purchase additional entitlements if you feel you don’t have enough entitlements for your needs.
  • Will I get help choosing Assurance Activities most suitable for me?

    Yes, we will guide you towards which Assurance Activities are most appropriate to you, depending on the products you have purchased, your lifecycle stage, and other factors.
